I went through the drive thru and used my Lebanon Tiger card for a coupon. I also ordered a mozzarella fry. We had two orders of the same thing, as we got our food we checked the bag and noticed we didn’t have the fries, we went back through and showed the employee the receipt and he then went through our bag as we told him we would pay. We asked him why he was going through our bag and he said he was the manager, he then stated cussing us out and complaining they were closing soon, we asked him what time and he said “Now N***a” he then slammed the door he was calling us morons through the window. Horrible customer service from this Burger King location definitely would not recommend.

This Burger King is by far better, then the Burger King on the other side of town. The service is always great. Food is always great as it should be. And the service is fast. I've never had an issue here!! A lot of the time, it will be 1 lady working. I'm not sure her name. But she is a very nice lady. And she does a great job. At getting the food out in a timely manner.. and making sure your order is all there, and correct. Like I said they have never messed up my order. So if you like Burger King like I do!! This is definitely the one to go in lebanon!!
