Have it your way at Burger King -NOT!! Asked for crispy well done bacon and it was half raw. When I pointed that out that they were not crispy or well done the girl told me I was wrong. What happened to the customer being right? Have it your way at Burger King - NOT!! Never again!

atmosphere just like any other burger King, my Dr pepper seemed old, asked him if it was just made and he assured with yes maam, tasted it, ive worked in food service for YEARS and it was either served to me old or they have NEVER cleaned their soda machine spouts. Drinks have that moldy taste. Tried my mans sprite and my dr pepper and they both taste the same. My body is VERY sensitive to mold thanks burger King ur not the best, girl in the window was nice tho, she was the only positive thing about my visit honestly. But maybe if you clean the soda spouts NIGHTLY then all of your sodas wouldn't taste the same, moldy.

I ordered a large fries from Burger King but it definitely felt more like a medium. Pretty disappointing when you're paying for a large size and don’t get the portion you expect. Fries tasted fine, but not worth it if they’re skimping on quantity. Plus the drive thru person wasn’t at first window to take payment had to pay at second window and the guy didn’t have money in his register. I also got unsalted fries and they took time to cook and they still didn’t give me the large portion.

It's the staff, they cut you off, are rude, customer service by robots it what it feels like. It's crazy I can be polite while having the worst day but the guy at the hand out window acts like he hates the world and it's your fault.

This review is for Burger King off Southside Lebanon, SR 32 & I 65. It's a hit-and-miss on food. It needs improvement to hold on in Lebanon, Indiana. The towns folks will not tolerate poor service. update: I've observed that the quality and accuracy of sandwiches at the Burger King located at 1523 W. South St., Lebanon, IN 46052, have declined over the past years. After speaking with several local business representatives in the Lebanon Business Park and reflecting on my own experiences, it seems the issues stem from inconsistent management practices. The sandwiches are often hastily assembled, leading to a less enjoyable dining experience. I believe that with more attention to detail and a renewed focus on customer satisfaction, this location could significantly improve.

DJ was pretty rude when I came to order just now refused to give me triple whopper meal and he told the lady to stop taking orders it’s only 6:17pm seems like someone needs some re training in customer service
