Every time I've gotten food from Culver's in Lebanon for the last year my food is messed up. They'll either completely drench my sandwich in condiments, mess up the ingredients on my sandwich, etc. this last time they didn't even put a bun on my sandwich. The only way they get your order correct half the time is doordash. I highly do not recommend, if you want a good sandwich go to Americana off the corner of Patterson and Lafayette.

I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September 2025. I ordered a New Spicy Crispy Chicken as meal and 2pcs of Buffalo Tenders with Honey Mustard. I was so full ! The tastes were good and the staffs were kind. This was on the way to the other city. I’ll visit near my house with my wife next time.

As I was walking in to this establishment I watched and heard an employee verbally abuse another, who seemed to be pretty new to the job. And The women was most definitely on a power trip, to talk and embarrass another employee like that and even worse to do it in front of customers is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting, please make sure to Address this situation! I believe the woman’s name is Kori or whatever one has the piercings.
