I went to Dairy Queen for the 4th time in row cause they got good food but this particular day I ordered corn dogs said they could not fulfill that. Dairy Queen are known for chili dogs and corn dogs.

I went thru the drive thru and got a couple of Blizzards. The service was quick and the employees were very friendly and cheerful.. Even though this was in a small town, I would advise everyone to visit them and get your Blizzard on..

0 stars they have 2 employees that work there that are mean and rude and they don't know how to talk to customers. I use to be a regular customer but not anymore. I understand that we all have bad days but if you're having one don't work up front.
Got my husband's order wrong twice. Ordered 2 hot dogs with ketsup and onion got 2loaded chili dogs. Took it back and asked for 2hot dogs with ketsup and onion got 2 with ketsup and relish. Never had a complaint until today.

We just stopped in for 2 blizzards. It took so long that the blizzards we received were almost completely melted. She even put the blizzards in cups because they were making a mess. Neither my husband nor myself like confrontation so we just left but I am super frustrated that we spent money on melted ice cream.

I went thru the drive thru, there was no customers in the lobby or drive thru. It was dead. I ordered a Reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard small. It took longer than normal and then I got pretty much a melted vanilla milkshake with a couple Reese’s pieces and 3 pieces of cookie dough. Truly disappointed. The restaurant looked clean and neat. But that’s all.

Went through drive thru today about 330pm. Young girl wasn't friendly and when I asked for a lid for my blizzard , she seemed like I ask for for a million dollars.just acted rude and dismissal

Customer service on the phone was a joke. The drive thru employees were great. But whoever answered the phone (5/11/24 12:45pm) it cost nothing to be kind, i was never mean or rude, so sorry your day is so miserable you feel the need to be so snarky
