Imagine the worst gas station coffee you've ever had...the coffee I just had from here was even worse. Basically straight water. Not the cost I would be trying to cut when you're a business with coffee in your name.

We went through the drive through and had someone ask us if we were using the mobile app, after we had answered no, they completely stopped responding and acting as if they were closed, even though the open window was on, and the hours for Christmas said they were open.

The staff was very friendly but the food was old and stale. My donut was days old and rock hard. The iced coffee was burnt and old tasting. I wish I could get a refund but we are from out of town and we’re already on the road
Ever since this location dismissed all the local employees, it went down hill fast. Every time we got coffee here it was weak and tasted more like water. Employees here were tip greedy as well.. We tried to address our concerns about this location with corporate but they did not care what we had to say. Long story short, we no longer visit any Dunkin' Donuts..
