Let's start with what caught my attention first: the cashier/owner, after placing our 1st drink order, asked as routine, 'would we like anything else?' Which we responded, 'nearly 1 of everything!', was extremely shocked, then eased into excitement. Which in itself screams 'review time'.
N3xt we asked for 1 of every donut, minus muffins and minis, would have been 15 donuts. We only received a regular dozen, which are in the video attached.

This is my daily morning stop- every morning. My order is always to perfection. Staff is always so friendly. I don't even have to say my order anymore, once they see my car in drive thru they have my order memorized.

The store is bright and clean. The service was excellent. The worker was very patient with us. Unfortunately the donuts left much to be desired. The vanilla sprinkle donuts were very dry. The glazed donuts were dry, and the whole donut wasn't even glazed! Only the top half was glazed. I have never experienced that before at a Dunkin.
