Stopped on my way to work and got a sandwich for my lunch. Never had a problem here before so just accepted the bag and went on my way. At my lunch which is halfway through my shift I went to heat up my roast beef and it was a sliced turkey or chicken. Not what I ordered and I don't eat these meats. Now I have no lunch. I’m seriously going to stop ordering here. EVERY TIME I order here you guys take FOREVER. An average of 40 minute to deliver my order. It’s ridiculous. Seriously that’s the reason why you don’t get a tip. You guys are “Freaky Fast” why don’t you prove it.
Order today 1 sandwich( like always) and it’s been an hour and counting. Enjoy my review!
Horrible service. I placed an online order that included one sandwich. My sandwich was delivered wrong (and soggy)after 40 minutes and when I called asking for a corrected delivery, I was given attitude. The manager called back fifteen minutes later stating that “we’re too busy and my staff is always correct so I’m not sure how this happened.
