Last time I will ever order from here. Their food is awful

Joe Hofmann

I ordered online for pick-up ASAP. Took 10 mins to drive there, sat in the store and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. finally someone asked me if I needed anything. I told him I ordered online and was just waiting for them to put on the pre-order shelves. He ask my name and he finds my ticket out of a stack of tickets. He said they were waiting to make it once we came it. Why TF would you wait to make an online ASAP pre-order!? Mind you, they had a small stack of online orders so they are doing this to everyone. Should have went to Subway.

They were only open to drive through at 8:30pm on Friday. That seems weird, but they were able to help me out.

Driving cross country, we specifically sought out a JJs to pick up dinner and use the restroom. Unfortunately, due to being “short-staffed”, it was drive through only and we were denied the use of the restroom. The unwiches tasted fine but were disappointingly small. Won’t be stopping again on our way back.

Jimmy john's is pretty much a staple. This one had my sandwich on the counter before I was done paying!

Horrible experience today!!! Wow! The so called manager/owner proceeded to yell at me instead of listening over the phone. Telling me I was wrong instead of understanding the possibility they could have made a mistake! It’s just a sandwich no reason to treat a frequent customer like trash!

Ah, Jimmy John's, where the bread shortage is more reliable than a broken clock and their staffing issues make you wonder if they're running a sandwich shop or a clown convention. It's like they're allergic to both carbs and common sense. Walk in, and you're hit with the 'dine-in closed' spiel, as if they're doing you a favor by limiting your disappointment to just the drive-thru. And don't even get me started on their 'one loaf left' excuse – last time I checked, it's not a sandwich if there's no bread – it's just a sad salad with delusions of grandeur. And it's not like it's the zombie apocalypse; it's a Saturday evening, not midnight on the eve of armageddon! If incompetence had a headquarters, it would be called Jimmy John's.

This place messed up my order and then gave me food poisoning. Avoid this location.

Great sandwiches, but a little pricey.

Rude on the phone

A freaky, SLOW delivery. I'm sorry, but not enough delivery drivers is a ridiculous thing to be telling me on the phone as I'm still waiting after 50 minutes since my order was, "Out For Delivery." I would expect that this would be made right, but I was offered nothing for my troubles. Unacceptable. Very unhappy ?

Please keep in mind when someone says they have a newborn and not to ring the doorbell-that’s what they actually mean. We now have a screaming child after we’ve been up all night.

1 star is too much for this place. Methed out ghetto place. Manager does not care and the employees are horrible. They can't make a sandwich correctly, they are really rude and not fast at all. I think they would screw up a cup of cold water. Stay away from this place.

Worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever been to. Will always mess up your order and are not helpful when you want it fixed. Also, not a single person knows the difference between the jalapeño ranch and the kickin’ ranch and will always give you the wrong one. I love Jimmy John’s and have given this location multiple chances since moving close by but will not ever go back after the last 4 orders being wrong.
