Klooz Brewz, Brewery & Public House

Despite showing up with a large group on a Saturday, we were seated quickly and received really friendly service. The food was the highlight: the Kickin' Bourbon Burger was great, and the real nice onion rings were delicious. They offer large portions, a good beer selection, and awesome in-house sodas. This is a solid spot, and I would be happy to go back if I’m ever nearby.

Love it! Super cute and great food and service.

Service absolutely sucked. Fries came out cold. The owner was enjoying a meal with his family and the waitress talked to them most of our time there and did not tend to us until we had to call her over. Waited 20 mins just to put in an appetizer and then another 20 mins waiting on the check after not seeing our waitress.
If you’re looking for speedy service this is not the place to go. Very disappointed.

Attentive service and great food. The breaded tenderloin lives up to its reputation. A good variety of beer as well. I'll definitely be back.

We met our grandparents here for dinner, we had Bobbi as our server-- she was very friendly and did an amazing job. Our food was amazing too!

Good poutine. Solid beers! We had bad service at the bar. Next time we will get a table. Hard to leave a bad review for a good restaurant.

We stopped in today for lunch. We're from out of town and had never been here before. It was really good. The service was great, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was fun. 8/10

I don't like writing negative reviews and the only reason I do is so that the owners will see it and make the proper adjustments.
I really wanted to like this place, came here for a date night with my girlfriend and had high expectations.
I ordered the KBZ way burger as it said it was their signature smashburger, first things first though it's not a smashburger. It's a regular third pound or half pound patty, I have no idea why they call them smashburgers when it's obvious that they are not. Secondly when I received the burger the bun was so soggy that it was falling apart from the juices, I actually like a good burger cooked medium but since it's supposed to be a smashburger they didn't take a temperature and it came out medium / medium rare and leaking juices so bad that the bun was more like a soggy cotton ball. Also, I'm a big fan of thick cut bacon when it's crispy but this was not, it had a rubbery texture and as soon as you took one bite the whole bacon piece came out, it was not cooked through properly.
I didn't want to send the burger back so I just asked the server if I could have a fresh bun since she also saw how soggy the one I had was, she apologized and said she would get one for me. The place wasn't very busy at the time but it took her at least 15 minutes for a bun and by then the burger was cold so I didn't eat it especially since we were sitting outside and it was cooked so rare. The manager never came by or acknowledged anything, so we'll probably never come back. The server Lily was friendly though and seemed competent, I think she just might have spaced it about the bun or the kitchen was dragging.

Why are you even at the Ironman events? You obviously don't want be be here. Your beers are great but that's not the reason for the lines. You can try 3 things: have more people working, have better, nicer people working, or pick up the pace. Bad, slow, unfriendly service.
