I placed an order at this location at 10:00P.M. When I arrived at the location, both drive thrus were closed, and all the workers were on the counter tops because of a pest issue. This location needs to be monitored. Be careful ordering from here.

Ultimately, the food was good. But it took 15 minutes for them to make it. That allowed me to observe the workers which some, were just lazy. One worker kept asking the manager if she could go home. The manager would reply no. The employee, would say why? Because I said so. Within 10 minutes, the manager let her go. Another employee was reprimanded two or three times for texting.

When I did receive my food, it was just handed to me. No thank you for waiting, or anything like that. Also, I discovered that they had packed part of the meal shortly after I ordered so it got cold while the rest of the meal was being cooked. So, I had to return to the restaurant to have it replaced. Normally I would blame management for a poorly run business. However, after seeing what the management had to work with, I would not want to be in their position. But ultimately, the buck stops with management. And, maybe the manager is so soft that employees take advantage of her. Either way, during my visit the evening of 8/16/25, things were poorly run.

It's McDonald's food, and at least it's consistent. You will stand at the counter forever to get any help from the people working here though. They act like they're mad that you're not ordering at the kiosk.

Employees do not care in the slightest about the customers, if you dont order by drive thru or automated kiosk you get ignored. Watched as people came back in and asked for missed items. We had a shake that had half of what was needed for flavoring and some semi cold food. I wouldnt go here again there are far better places.

This is literally thee worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The only reason they get a star is because i stopped a manager and she actually treated us like customers. I came in to order food for my daughter and myself. I had a question before I finished my order in the kiosk. I stood at the front counter for 5-10 minutes before I myself had to attempt to approach a team member. I say attempt because everyone that did look at me ignored me standing there. I walked up to the delivery spot and said “excuse me” several times loud enough to hear over the beepers but I’ve worked food service so ik when someone is ignoring me on purpose. One woman even looked to the side at me but did not turn around. I turnt around and asked 2 other girls were they treating her the same and she nodded clearly upset. I walked out but ended up catching the manager in the parking lot and told her about my experience. She was actually super nice and apologetic. I lost my appetite in the process but she did get my daughter her happy meal. So the 1 star I did give is solely for her. Mind you I was driving from Chicago to Kentucky so we were already tired and hungry. Tall boy wit blonde curly hair that wouldn’t even let me ask him a simple question? Gotta go. Burgundy/ brunette? Gotta go since she likes to act like she can’t hear. Dude w the ponytail fake stocking sauces one by one standing in front of me while I said excuse to everyone. Gotta go. The manager that helped us needs a hiring manager and completely new crew. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Place is closed with lights all on and no visible signs at 8:30 p.m., and people are in the closed drive-thru wanting their online orders that they paid for. This place seems to never let us down in dissatisfaction

There's an older man who always seems to be here who easily yells when talking, sometimes inappropriately. I used to dine in a lot more but take my food to go n when that rude, loud man is there.
