Penn Station East Coast Subs

One of my favorite places to eat. I stop in here once a week before my shift for fire inspection. The employees are always pleasant and hard working. Clean facility as well. The food is easily a 10/10. Even when I have to door dash at times. Thanks for a great experience.

The WORST chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. Bread burned and the little corn was toooo salty. Waste of money.

Coming from indianapolis headed back to Chicago..Stopped to grab a sandwich and oh was the grilled club excellent. The food was cooked hot, fresh, and to perfection. The fries were hot and superb! The line was long at the door but the staff were accommodating and got us through the line fast. I will definitely be back again when visiting Indy.

My friend and I came in late last night, around 9:30, and the staff was extremely friendly! The food was hot, fresh, and quick even though they seemed very busy. We’re regulars that often come by later in the night and we’ve never had a problem with the staff. I hope we see that crew again next time we come in.

I had a great experience getting food from here recently and I figured I'd make a review. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and fries made by Reagan and she did an amazing job. She was very kind while making my food and it made my bad day so much better. I can't wait to go back and I hope she will be there.

Alani has the worst customer service skills. Rude personality. Unfriendly. Possibly Racist. The fries were overcooked. She refused re-making. I asked for manager. The manager re-made them. People like Alani should not work in fast food. She doesn’t have a personality. She was rude to two staff members. I am 55 years old. It’s sad to see young people who are not good people.

I pulled into charge my Tesla and came inside the Penn Station. The staff was just amazing and the food was awesome. I will definitely return.

Great food, service and atmosphere! My Grilled Club and Fresh Cut Fries were DELICIOUS! Eric at the counter was very attentive to my order and Shawn (Assistant Manager) delivered my food directly to the table! I'm attaching the photo of my empty basket as evidence that there will not be a bite left! LOL!
