Kinda disappointed in this location. Their drinks don't seem to taste like the other locations for some reason. It's like they make their coffee much stronger than the other locations. Then, that requires more of the syrups to balance out the strong coffee taste. I don't like that idea. On a previous visit the caramel macchiato was not made correctly at all. It was very very bitter.

Then there's the issue of wait times. I placed a mobile order. I was a bit early so I sat and waited. I watched 7 people in line, place their orders and receive their orders before I got mine. It took 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door til I received my drink. Mind you, I placed it in the app before I ever got to the store. I understand mornings are busy and expected to wait a few minutes but to service all the people who hadn't placed their orders until after I walked in is just poor service.

The staff was friendly but the exceptionally slow service leaves something to be desired.

I was glad to see they finally got the protein pack with the apples and peanut butter back.

I work near here and would love to return but not if the issues aren't corrected. I'm done wasting money. There are other coffee shops in town.

It's unfortunate to wait more than 25 minutes when walking into this Starbucks at 10:15 in the morning. 9 people all waiting for drinks.

I’m not a happy camper! The young lady at the window did not secure my drink lid at all in a flimsy drink carrier. Once I got the drinks into my car it instantly spilled all over my gears, seats, in between my seats, all over me, and all over the floor of my car.

Her response was “do you want me to make you another one or do you want some napkins?” Like are you insane?!!?! You should do both. I declined the drink and didn’t even get a refund for my drink. Insane.

Now I’m going to have to spend money to get my front seats detailed over a $5 drink with the lid not secured. I’m not smelling curdled milk all summer long Starbucks.

$4.09 for small iced coffee, nothing in it. Wow!! OVERCHARGED

If you are someone who drinks Starbucks Iced Coffee regularly with espresso DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have been here 5 times now and refuse to ever spend my money at this location again. All five times my coffee was the color of cream barely a hint of espresso. I order a quad shot so this is infuriating! I should 100% taste coffee in my drink! This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! You will waste your money going here! I’m guessing their machine isn’t putting out the shots and they don’t care to check to make sure the drinks are made right! Even though this spot is convenient for me I always enjoy Starbucks at other locations just not this one. If you drink anything else I can’t speak to that but iced coffee with espresso shots is a BIG FAIL!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The line outside was a disaster so decided to go in. They were not even doing anyone’s order inside just catering to the drive through. Ended up waiting probably 10 minutes longer than if I just stayed in the drive through which is a joke. Took over 20 minutes to get a coffee with no1 inside and to make matters worse you cannot back out of the parking spots cause the drive through blocks you from getting out. This Starbucks literally needs to be shut down and redone. It’s an absolute joke to the franchise. Contacting corporate about how awful this place is.
