If you are someone who drinks Starbucks Iced Coffee regularly with espresso DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have been here 5 times now and refuse to ever spend my money at this location again. All five times my coffee was the color of cream barely a hint of espresso. I order a quad shot so this is infuriating! I should 100% taste coffee in my drink! This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! You will waste your money going here! I’m guessing their machine isn’t putting out the shots and they don’t care to check to make sure the drinks are made right! Even though this spot is convenient for me I always enjoy Starbucks at other locations just not this one. If you drink anything else I can’t speak to that but iced coffee with espresso shots is a BIG FAIL!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The line outside was a disaster so decided to go in. They were not even doing anyone’s order inside just catering to the drive through. Ended up waiting probably 10 minutes longer than if I just stayed in the drive through which is a joke. Took over 20 minutes to get a coffee with no1 inside and to make matters worse you cannot back out of the parking spots cause the drive through blocks you from getting out. This Starbucks literally needs to be shut down and redone. It’s an absolute joke to the franchise. Contacting corporate about how awful this place is.

My Ice coffee was very good. There was a young lady brown hair training on the register. She did a great job, friendly, easily smiles & makes eye contact.
Mocha was more like warm diluted milk HORRIBLE They don’t like people that look like me or my name in this place.

They allowed mobile orders but won’t let you in to pick up because they have a cash register issue. The drink is paid for- you don’t need the cash register- let people pick up drinks. Sat for over 20 minutes to get my drink in a ridiculous drive thru line. If you can’t support the mobile app turn off mobile ordering.
