I had a hot chocolate and a coffee, simple order. They give the hot chocolate and no one gives me the coffee. When they finally realizes the hot chocolate was cols. So when outside go to dump it in the trash and it was disgusting what was in the bottom of the cup. Wrote to customer service and nothing. Won't be ever going to a Starbucks again.

There was a fly in my drink. I took a sip of my dirty chai with pumpkin cold foam and noticed a weird texture in my mouth. I pull it out and there was a fly.
I admit I am a local whom has not stepped inside the building and just uses the drive through. However, the drinks are as consistent as the warm welcomes and professionalism! Really enjoy and grateful this Starbucks is here.
