Hell NO! Kiosk that I have to fill everything out and it asks for a TIP?!?! What a horrible business that they don't pay their employees enough and try to scam customers!
The burger, fries, and shake were ok. Wet burger is good. Small fries is good. Shake was good.
Basically Freddie's frozen custards without the great customer service.

I don't have one near me in Wisconsin, so visit on road trips. As always the food is very good, reasonably priced and the shakes are excellent. Restaurants are always clean and staff is friendly. I look forward to many more visits in the future.

Also found a hair, but kind of expected that when nobody was wearing hair nets.
Place is disconnected now, no interaction with staff, all digital... it's a more reduction from what it used to be.

I hate the new scan your receipt to dispence drink fountains. The lack of human interaction with a server. You used to be able to see everything being made now you see the griddle. Also the lack of customization of desserts on the computers cant make what I want without human interaction. I don't want your pre determined shake flavor with only one ingredient. Seems like technology stole steak n shakes greatness.

Please come to Wisconsin. I had one of the best shakes of my life. Every sip tasted like delicious biscoff cookie. We were not super hungry so didn't get to try the burgers which sounded awesome. But the fries. Oh my gosh. I didn't think fries could be this good. Just fantastic. Every crispy bite was amazing. Can't wait to travel again so I can try the burger.

Food was delicious! Burger and fries were filling and tasty! The Nutella Shake was incredible and I’d love to have one again! I wasn’t a fan of how you order with the kiosk because when we were waiting on the shakes we weren’t able to ask the employees what was going on. That’s just a general complaint about the new way of operations in restaurants this day in age. The person gave us the shakes and was nice and apologized for the wait, which was fine. While I don’t like that system the overall experience didn’t disappoint!
