The last few times I’ve gotten sandwiches here I really feel like they’re being skimpy. Barely any meat or veggies, one cucumber slice on a whole sandwich, no tomato and maybe 5 spinach leaves, 3 black olive slices… come on. This is being compared to all the other subways where they’re loaded, especially on veggies. Plus my orders the last two times has been wrong. The people seem nice but if you want subway just go to one of the other Lebanon locations.

Ordered veg sandwich but was disappointed. The bread was uncooked on the back side, making it unpleasant to eat. Expected better quality control. Hope they improve their sandwich preparation.

Bacon was only cooked for about 5 seconds, and the ice had a lot of black junk in it, go to a different subway. Not owned by Americans anymore, so this place went downhill like the rest of the foreign owned places.

Staff kicked everyone out of the restaurant at closing time. There were three parties who had just ordered and got their food 10 minutes before closing. Exactly at closing time a teenage employee came out to the dining room and asked everyone to leave. One customer complained and said he just wanted to finish his meal and they said no and kicked everyone out. I've never seen anything it - very rude kids running this place.

The employees at this location are exceptionally friendly and provide excellent customer service. The convenience of the store’s location makes it a go-to for me. And I appreciate that the checkout process is consistently fast.

Not toasted 6 in..top piece of bread so hard couldn't bite into it..so discarded and tried eating with bottom piece,what a mistake all I could taste was stale bread so that was $10 down the drain. Girl behind counter kinda rude but the 2 boys were friendly. Do not recommend. First time I been in 2 years and stopped going then because of sour tasting meat.

Weird interaction. Ordered & paid online. Had email confirming. Drive to shop for curbside pick up. I check in online, then call. The woman that answered insists she does not have my order. I invite her out to my car to see my confirmation. After about 90 seconds of back & forth, she admits they do have it & hangs up. I watch people go in & out with sammies. I finally call back & ask about my order. And the same woman has the nerve to tell me to use the app to check in. OMG! I did & I called, obviously I'm out front. BUT the young man that brought me my order was very nice. I apologized to him for venting. Very kind guy!! Sandwiches were well made & tasted good.
