Worst service ever. Dashers should steer away from this restaurant for orders. Stood in side waiting for an order for over 45 minutes while 20-25 cars came through the drive thru. Staff was cussing at each other. They were either understaffed or undertrained. Had to cancel both orders due to second order being started after the 45 minutes I was already in the restaurant.

Night shift: Food is barely edible I have gone there 3 times to try to give it the benefit of the doubt. I work night shift so I go to lunch at 9:30 and the night shift is just awful, terrible attitude rude as hell and KNOWS it but doesn't care. Guarantee they doesn't know what hard work is cause the three time I came in to get my lunch all they ever did was stand around or sit in the back laughing & screwing off. Someone on a 10 hr or 12 shift doesn't want to dick with arrogant & ignorant, rude kids who dont take anything seriously. my BF got off his 12 hr shift to get himself ONE taco and made him wait 9mins at the driver thru speaker then another 9 at the window. Then he knocks to see what is going on and one dude cant even look at him out the window like coward but tries to peak from the side while they all just stood there wasting yet ANOTHER person's time.
Everytime saw my bag ready but was made to wait almost 10 mins every time. I went there during 2pm and the staff was great and food was good and fresh. needless to say I won't be returning unless it's during the day... And it's sad to see how they love to just waste someones break away just for the hell of it.
Day shift: 8/10
Night shift: Pathetic.

This is by far the worst Mexican pizza I have ever ordered. Not what I ordered and meat was very minimal and all on one side and beans on the other. Forgot my cheese I paid for extra. And I literally couldn't even use my fork to break the corn shell. It was not good. Lesson learned.

The worst Taco Bell by far. Used the app as usual. Should be ready by the time I walk over from the hotel. Nope. 2 other customers already waiting, but nobody is making any food. I had to explain to them how the app works and there is no checking in for an in store order. She looks, and sure as shit, the order is sitting there on the screen, ready for someone to care enough to do their job. I let her know that I would be eating there and to put it on a tray, watched her tell them, then I watched as everything was literally tossed in the bag. 2 soft taco supremes, slightly below average and the other a complete joke, had them remake it. 2 exact beefy 5 layer burritos, see the picture. One looks normal, the other looks like a balled up tortilla shell, guess what, it was. When I told him about it when he brought the fixed taco, I was told, “I think it’s the same amount in there but folded up smaller”. While I don’t expect the person handing me my tacos to cure cancer, I would appreciate if they had the mental capacity to comprehend an item being half as full as another when displayed next to each other. As for the other customer waiting when I arrived, he got his food at 2:33, which means he was waiting since before my order at 2:09. And to top things off, upon returning to my hotel, I asked the front desk if that Taco Bell was always terrible and I received an oh yeah before I could even finish the question. Just close the doors. And give my $18 back

The fact that I can get better service in a downtown Indianapolis Taco Bell than a small town Taco Bell is beyond me. I asked initially for a Doritos locos tacos, they didn’t have the shells for that. Okay that’s fine. So then I asked for a soft taco and they didn’t have that either. I ordered a bean burrito and specifically said no sour cream because I am allergic, even verbally asked the cashier face to face to confirm that they put no sour cream on the burrito. I take a bite of the burrito, there’s sour cream. And the grilled cheese burrito I ordered, they could have at least melted the cheese on top.
