this place is an absolute joke, there was more than enough employees yanking eachother it seem like bc i waited over 30 minutes for 4 items just for me to be missing the 2 easiest things

Inpatient rude customer behind me in drive thru... kept tapping her fingers on the side of her door and loudly sighing and making sly comments about how long I was taking adding to my order... not sitting staring at the menu consistently adding to my order. 🙄 no fault to the employees or restaurant itself... and hopefully not to the community/locals but 🤷‍♀️ i was just traveling through.

they constantly mess up orders whether it’s doordash or mobile! it’s incredibly frustrating. either something isn’t made right or they just don’t make it at all. coming from someone who’s worked there i understand being busy or forgetful but it being consistent is just laziness and poor training. you guy need to get it together honestly.

i’ve been to the mt zion rd (lebanon indiana) location twice- online order picked up thru the drive thru both times. the first time, i got home, bit into a taco and a long hair came out 🤢 i went for my burrito, and the beans were like that crusty dry end of the pan beans. i took the order back to the store and asked for a remake. i wasn’t a karen, the manager was super apologetic, it was all good.
the second visit (online order defaulted to this store, my bad) - dude on the drive thru speaker was short and rude; got to the window, was given drink and food without a word, i said thank you & dude just shut the window in my face lollll. i had to park and go in for sauce, napkins etc. 😒 i got home and the tacos were a mess- very little in the taco, and what was there was old, melty and low key slimy - pic attached. i took the order back, again politely asked for a remake. different manager this time, and he said “well what’s wrong with it?” - so i showed him the tacos. he told the employees to remake, one of them asked what was wrong with it, and manager BARKED “it doesn’t matter what’s wrong with it! i said remake it!!”
i get it bc i’ve been there: working food retail is sometimes the worst. staffing sucks, customers suck, working with teens can be difficult, etc. the crap food wasn’t a one off tho - upper management needs to retrain the store, and perhaps help support the stressed out store manager.

Taco bell has gotten very impersonal. With the kiosks in the lobbies, to the workers barely saying a word when they hand out your order.
The food is alright and still filling. The prices have gone up, which i dont care for, but I will still eat here.

They said our food is 20 minutes behind…..we’ve been here for 45. If you’re so behind why are there 3 people outside on a smoke break?
And if you’re paying cash, why do the workers ignore you when you’re at the counter? What do you mean you don’t start the order until it’s paid for? It’s kind of hard to pay when you’re getting ignored. Very disappointed

Gave me something completely different than what I ordered and it was nasty. Barely luke warm, and nasty pieces of idek in my burrito. Honestly it’s not that hard to just do your job properly. I worked fast food for 2 years. Never understood why people half ass everything at places like this. I’ll never come back again.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Really slow service, tried charging me twice (second time for someone else’s food), gave me the wrong food, had to wait 20 mins the first time from placing order to getting the wrong food, and just shy of 10 mins to get back to the window and they still had no idea about my food. All in all, 30 minutes to pay for food I never received. I ended up leaving

Living Offroad Life

Food was good place was clean. Absolutely no communication from staff didn't even say anything about our food being ready on the counter. I think the kiosks are great but make the staff lazy.
