I’m so impressed with the quality and service here. It feels like there aren't many places left that truly care about the customer experience like this one does. The food is great, the service is fast, and the staff is wonderful. If you’re looking for a quick meal that doesn't feel like 'typical' fast food, this is the spot.

The WORST! Never seems to be open for breakfast. IF they are, something is wrong and they can't serve anything! If you cannot provide the service you claim to - stop advertising that you do! Stop wasting people's time. If you can't get employees or you have unreliable employees stop claiming to serve breakfast!

I just went through the drive thru. I was served French fries that were not cooked at all. I paid $12 for a meal and half of it was not edible. I called the store and no one answered. Lebanon Wendy’s needs to be overhauled including their staff. I can’t believe they would serve fries that were not cooked.

Super kind staff. Our food was delicious and our order correct. The bathroom could use some maintenance but it seems the staff cleans it well.

Bathroom had flies in it. Soda machine had no ice and the soda was flat. Fries were cold. Was not super busy and the tables were dirty.
