We looked online and it said they were open till 9 we went at 6:49 and they were shutting down and would not make any food there were only a few pieces of chicken left! We won’t be back!

I was in there Sunday 10/6/24. Employees are pretty rude and unhappy. I was told I got there during shift change. It would be around 10 mins before they could wait on me. OK that's cool I understand. Moments later I had another employee come to the window. Tell me it's going to be 10-15 min wait on chicken. Again I said that's perfectly fine. The lady sat at the window and stared at me. Then said "we'll what do you want" oh well I was lost at this time. I told her I wanted 6 spicy strips. Said "well that's going to be longer the 10-15 min wait" again I'm perfectly fine with waiting for fresh food. She went and looked. Then came back and said we have exact 6 spicy strips ready. OK awesome I'll take those and an order of potato wedges. She looks at me again and said "I thought you only wanted chicken strips. The wedges are coming up shortly I guess you can get those but how many do you want?" I asked how many came in an order she replies "omg how ever many you want. So how many do you want?"
Love the chicken. Absolutely hate the customer service and the atmosphere

Fried Mushrooms, if you like them, this is the best place to get them. 99% of restaurants can't make them right, but this place definitely is the best place I've found over the years. Found a bar in Florida that was almost as good, but still fell short compared to Charley Biggs. (FYI I'm not someone that eats gas station food, but every time I drive past this town, I stop and get a box of them)

I drove over from Ohio for their Mushrooms and Chicken Gizzards ❤️ They are the best !! Good Chicken too ! I suggest trying it if you have not ! ?

I love the food here. The quality is excellent. We usually get the mushrooms and chicken tenders (spicy and regular) along with the chipotle ranch dip.I know the cooking process and the products and I can say that Charlie Biggs is serving hot food up right.The folks behind he counter are good people and I appreciate the fact that they know their process pretty well.As for all of the restaurant wars on who has the best chicken sandwich, they can keep fighting because their chicken doesn't compare to CBs... Five Stars baby!
