I was there at around 10:15 PM on a Saturday night. When I arrived at the drive thru the lady had the courtesy to tell me as soon as I pulled up that they only had 2 people working so the service will be slower - a courtesy I did not get the same night at the McD, they let you set there in silence. I don't recommend the McD late night. Considering the BK lady had to work both the pay window and the food window, she did a good job with a good attitude. Kudos to her. The food was assembled nicely and everything was in order. Despite the low staffing, the service was not really that slow. Not any slower than a regular staffed shift with a full drive thru - actually probably faster. I would recommend this BK.

Went there for breakfast. It was only 9:34 when I placed my order they were out of biscuits. The manager was being very rude and she refused to make more biscuits and she still had an hour of breakfast left. Then I asked for a thing of ranch and she snottily said that it will be $0.30 and then I informed her that the ketchup was out and she was having attitude about having to change out the ketchup. She also got my husband's sandwich wrong. He asked for double the meat and then she was being snotty because she felt like she didn't have to give him the piece of sausage that was missing. But she did anyway but the whole time she was being very rude. My son's burrito was also ice cold throughout the whole thing. He didn't even finish it and he threw it away. Did not ask for a different sandwich cuz afraid of what she might do because of the way she was acting.

Waited a long time for our food but young lady up front was very patient (restaurant was busy inside and drive thru) and provided great customer service! She took our order and kept us updated on our food. Rest of staff could’ve been a bit more helpful, but overall not too bad.
