Horrible, rude service. Argued with me. In the past, have never had good food or service here. This was the last chance. Don't reach out either. I should have taken the money out of my wallet and thrown it in the garbage, wouldve been better off!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins to be told the shake machine is being cleaned on a Sunday... then had to sit in the line another 10 minutes just to get out of the drive thru....
Staff is rude, drive thru set up is stupid. Don't waste your time go somewhere else
If you dine in you will probably half to clean your own table, if you use the drive though you will be waiting and good chance your order isn’t correct. I’m not sure how year after year this place continues to get worse but somehow it does.
Great food awesome staff
I come to this location at least once a week. I've never had any major issues. Until today. The cashier is obviously new or just doesn't care enough to do her job. Main order was missing items and she forgot about my kids sauce (twice) and then when we ordered our ice cream (a chocolate shake and a hot fudge sundae) we got a hot fudge shake instead, which was terribly made. From this one experience I don't think I'll be going back. Poor service to the extreme. Either train your new comers better or find people who actually want to do the bare minimum and get an order correct.

The employees are so kind and friendly. Madison C makes the best blizzards and Works so hard to get us taken care of quickly. Thank you 😊
I didn't actually eat here. I was planning on it but while on a call i witnessed how long the wait time was for service. I watched a few cars sit there in the drive-thru for around 10 mins at the window. Others say even longer waiting in line, I also seen a few people leave the line because they got tired of waiting.
Me and my family went to get a blizzard 🍦 and icecream yesterday and we waiting in lime for an hour. They didnt even start it 😡 I asked to refund it for an hour for just a blizzard and ice cream cone 🍦 it wasnt even busy and even to make things worse they gave food to people who came after us but didnt give us any. We saw a bunch of couple of people go who had meals 🍽️ and icream who were after us a lot. We talked to the staff they said to wait. Very disrepectual 😤 we order first and we didn't get nothing.

Being from out of town, I preordered an ice cream cake at this location. I even had someone call me from my online order. When my husband went to pick up the cake, there wasn't one!!!! People working simply stated that person didn't do their job. We were "lucky" enough to get the only cake of size we wanted from the cooler but was nothing to what was originally ordered and the text on top of the cake was incorrectly added that I scraped it off once home. So a theme-less and unnamed cake for an excited 3 and 6 year old it is. This service was disappointing and frustrating. (No need for DQ to comment unless you're supplying the original preorder)

We ordered two chicken baskets and we went into get our food, and apparently they haven’t even stayed making it which is RIDICULOUS. The person who took our order Jaylynn was her name, was AWFUL. She came to our table and asked us if we wanted blizzards, which was fine. My family member was a fuming so he express that we had stuff like this happen to us before: but then as she went back we heard her loudly saying “I tried,” in an almost mocking way. My family was fuming as this happened. Not to mention we waited for nearly 30 minutes for our food. Then we heard Jaylynn loudly mocking my family member expressing how this happens every time. He asked for the manager, and apparently she was “busy”. We left with our finally done food. Jaylynn was EXTREMELY passive aggressive, it felt like she was trying to argue with us. I’d rate this a zero if I could.
