All of our food was just a little cold. They didn't have gravy or strawberry milkshakes which in my opinion is the best part.

This place could use a deep clean and some staff with a little more motivation. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and received a 4 piece chicken strip and no fries in the box. I also thought DQ brings your food to the table, they don't here.

Needs adult supervision. Just young people being young people in the back. Playing around, being loud. Not even paying any attention to the fact that we were waiting for service. Had to wait for them to quiet down a bit before Serenity finally came to take our order, still laughing. Was charged for my water along with my meal, as if it was a drink item. Ask Serenity about it , she said water is a drink. You get charged for it. I ask for manager, a young girl came up and told me the same thing. Need adult supervision. Would not recommend. Visited 11-2-23 at 2:01.
Went here for lunch today and couldn't get anyone to take my order. They just kept looking at me from the back. Not even a "we will be with you shortly", nothing. I left and went somewhere that wants my business. After looking at the other reviews for this location I'm not surprised. The fact that management has done nothing to fix these issues says a lot.

You can't complain about there service, they don't have any. We waited in line for 30 minutes to order at the drive through and then they gave us ice cream and said we need to pull ahead and they will bring out the order. AFTER 40 MINUTES of waiting we went inside and they had our food ready and never bothered to bring it out to us. When we finally got our food the fries were only lukewarm. Waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes at the DRIVE THOUGH is unexceptable. L
