If I could give 0 stars I would! Cold food after sitting in the drive through at the window for over 30 mins without even seeing a worker come check or anything. I understand being short staffed but a simple check of the window letting people know what the hold up is would make a world of difference. Definitely will not be going back to this location again.

I know im not the only one who'd say this place has gotten terrible. Had late night so just ordered for dinner. Got home pizza is so soggy and undercooked. Wasn't hot, so shouldn't be losing all topping and folding like a wet cardboard box. Im done with this place.

I would not recommend this Pizza Hut! Over priced and they don’t even give you Parmesan or crushed red pepper for free anymore. I ordered 47 dollars worth of food on a pizza, wings and breadsticks only to be told I have to pay for the packets that come free. That’s an outrage. Do not spend with them. Not worth it and you get ripped off. The staff don’t have a clue and they NEVER have any deals. It needs to be shut down in my opinion, but it’s all the town has really. Sad

I write this as I sit in the drive through, being ignored by the staff. I've been sitting here for 6 minutes now and although 4 staff have looked at me, none have even come over to ask my name. Does this store not have a 30 second rule for acknowledging customers? Was going to leave a big cash tip, but not now. I guess we'll see what the pizza looks like if I ever get a staff person to come over.

We DoorDashed pizza and got the complete wrong order. I have and autistic son who would Never eat pineapple on pizza. I called and talked to the manager Michelle and she was absolutely Amazing. They don’t even deliver where I am , But she had them deliver our correct order anyway.. Went out of her way to be sure we got our food. Don’t find management like that very often.

They wont honor online prices but the online ordering is down thats horrible customer service. So ya there customer service sucks thats all.

Had a horrible experience here Friday night November 22 2024, Ordered off the app said my food would be ready at 6:05 PM, I come thru the drive thru at 6:12 and the lady running the register took my card payment and then said sorry it will be another 8-9 minutes before my food is ready can you pull forward into a parking spot and we will bring it out to you, so I’m like ok no big deal I pull forward and wait for almost 20 minutes finally I just go inside and I can see my order just sitting out on the counter behind the registers and so I ask the same lady that took my payment and told me she would bring it out to me when ready what the status of my order is she looks at me very confused and says oh that hasn’t been payed for yet, I’m like what??? I literally handed you my card in the drive thru, then she says oh well can you check your bank account and see if you got charged? Like what?? Then she says I will get a manager for you so I wait another 5-6 minutes and no manager ever shows up finally I do pull up my bank account and she charged me and then refunded me by accident I guess, so finally after giving up on talking to a manager I hand her my card again and she hands me my pizzas that have been sitting out for who knows how long at this point, no apologies from her either so it’s 6:40 by the time I had my pizza in hand and the pizza was lukewarm by this point, won’t waste my time here again
