People that work there don’t know how to do split payments and don’t teach them how to have good customer service and when you tell them you want to do split payments they treat you like your the one that is dumb and doesn’t know what your talking about and wouldn’t even ask someone for help to figure it out

we placed an online order. Only to get there and it’s not done. Both of our sandwiches are toasted and they’re just sitting on the counter. they’re taking other people’s order in the middle of making mine.. If you’re making my sub already, why stop and make somebody else else’s. And then get my order wrong and put the wrong sauce on the wrong sandwich.. Oh and not to mention our subs did not get toasted. we didn’t know until we got home and looked at everything. i thought i didn’t have to look before leaving. not doing online orders again.

Subway hrs are funny they close at 8:30 but after 7:30 they cant make more than 3 subs i didn’t ask for more than 3 i ask for 3 an she told me no and she told me u can talk to the manager because shes the one to set up the rules for us im like wtf lazy peoplei try to call and ask for the manager and shes never there i just want to know if is true so i dont go there around that time

This is my favorite subway, the manager is very kind and thoughtful, They are sweet to thier new workers and helps them catch up without an ounce of frustration. 10/10
The store did not have lights on outside, wasn’t even sure they were open. The ladies inside were not mean, but not nice either. When we left the store, with it being so dark, my mother tripped over the curb. I returned inside the store to report it and no one even came up front to see what I needed.

Went here for dinner with my husband and daughter did a online order they called to tells us they have no Meatballs and they will make just like a meat sub just without the meatballs. So u would think they would put Marinara on it no just a sub with meat cheese and banana peppers noehting else maybe they should be more clear one hoe the sub will be made wait they said Marinara would go on it waste of my mom not going back there!

Bad experience honestly the one short worker was rude and she put her hands on the vegetables without her glove, I told her nicely to put meat on the second sandwich and she ignored me. The old worker had so much stuff on hair I think I saw some fall down on my food.
