While the food and ice cream are always great, the service was extremely poor by one individual. The young man working this evening was disrespectful and rude from the get go. When he was ready he did the glass door over and stared at me. No smile, no can I help you, no what would you like to order. I waited for a moment before saying hello to which there was no response. I started on with our order. Once the food was ready we picked it up at the pick up window and after handing out everyone’s food and ice cream, I noticed we needed a fork for a side. I went back up to the pick up window and the young man that took our order was there, we locked eyes, he made himself a drink and walked away. I continued to wait by that window until he came back, we locked eyes again, and he went on ignoring me and started to wipe down a machine. I knocked on the window since there was no bell to ring, his response was to throw open the glass window and yell WHAT at me. I let him know that he had been rude since we arrived and that wasn’t very good customer service and asked for a fork. I could tell he wasn’t happy but he did go get a fork. His behavior makes me question if the food is worth going back.

We ordered 2 orders of boneless chicken wings. Asked if we wanted a whole order or half( menu posted on window does not show this option) we got a whole order. 2 orders of wings,large and med drinks. $26 .did a inquiry and was told that the $5.79 was for half order. This is not posted anywhere on the menu. Told them that and then was told prices had changed. Orders arrived. One big gooey mess. Wont be stopping by again. Bad business practices
