We ate at Arby's in Linton, Indiana last night. My husband and I both ordered classic roast beef meal. Our roast beef on our sandwiches was thick slices. I ate half of mine husband didn't eat very much if his. We spent $20. I went up and spoke to manager. I asked about the beef being slices not thin slices. He said it was the slicer and it is what it is. Nothing he can do about it. I told him we would not be back. He didn't care.

This is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant to eat at. Very clean and fast service.
A while back ago I had an issue with the food preparation for my order and spoke to a representative from Arby's. I'm here to rectify my previous statement. I decided to give them another try and went into the location found myself talking to an employee by the name of Adam. I'll just tell you he went above and beyond to make me happy smile very nice and I couldn't be more pleased with his service.

My daughter had a Door Dash order. It was here quickly- Kudos to the driver. However, my sandwich should never had gotten out to a customer. It was a wrap. The wrap itself was hard, dry, and crumbling. The cheese had clearly dry and had been left out. I ate the meat and lettuce. Everything else was not edible and never should have been given.
