I would not recommend this business! I had a doctors appointment at Belpre, Ohio today and got fuel before my appointment at the Speedway in Belpre, Ohio! As we came out of gas station there was a sno biz truck getting fuel and my son who has autism saw the truck and got very excited hollering ice cream truck! We asked if we could make a purchase and the driver was very rude and hateful and said I’m not available right now! I called the location at Parkersburg, Wv and told them this and was called back by Shannon Windland manager! Shannon’s excuse was this was a owner so he is direct well if that’s the case someon with his attitude should not be working around kids and being hateful like he was, Shannon was hateful and could not apologize for there actions and she her self was rude and finally hung up the phone! As I said do not waste your money here!

What’s not to love about shaved ice?? It’s refreshing and sweet and Sno Biz has so many different flavor combinations to suit everyone. The employees are fabulous (especially Carley, she’s a doll!). It’s an affordable treat!
