Me and a friend had ordered off the app and came to pick it up. The app had messed up and our sandwiches were wrong. The workers were completely understanding and remade our sandwiches for us.

When I was given my bag the girl at the window was giggling. Inside the bag was a sandwhich I didn’t order. It was wrapped but wrapped open and spilt all inside of the bag. My sandwhich was in the bag under all of this and smells and taste like pickle juice and onions which I don’t like. My sandwhich was not toasted like I had asked either. The interaction made me feel as though it was either intentional or the employees need re trained and better manners. I know after school is out the place is mainly ran by highschool students but if they can’t do the job appropriately they shouldn’t have it. I’m also a grown adult and don’t even know anyone under the age of 20 so I’m not sure why it would’ve been intentional but it almost seemed that way the way they acted when giving me my food.

The guy was extremely rude , the sandwich was totally made wrong ,refused to correct it . I asked for manager he said he was the manager , so I asked for his managers name he told me to look it up , I asked his name he said Mike hunt ( really original) It’s a small town and mostly friendly but this guy was totally rude and beyond belligerent, he shouldn’t be working in a customer service position! I have asked to find out who owns it but no one seems to know , but they lost my business for sure , treat people how you would like to be treated

Running late for dinner as usual. Stopped into Subway where I was treated with respect and kindness. Laney, Jaylan and Jessica prepared my very tasty spicy Italian sub. They cheerfully cleared up my disappointment when I didn’t see my favorite on the menu. They explained very professionally that the name had changed but it was the same sandwich. So, swing into subway for some good sandwiches prepared professionally and with a smile. If you don’t see what you were looking for, ask one of these young professionals!
