Wait in line for an hr + no matter the time of day or cars in line. Half the time your order is wrong. This place sucks

Been inside for half an hour waiting. Multiple people have come in from the drive thru to swap out the wrong orders.
Staff in the only seems to have one person actually doing something while the rest stand around and chat.

I had 3 online orders and I wait 20 minutes in line for them to tell me I can only have two per car. I explain to them they were online, it’s for my coworkers as well, and I’m on lunch break from work so I don’t have time to come back around and they told me they could not do it. So I had to wait another HALF HOUR for an order that would have slowed them down maybe two minutes. Late for work and we won’t get to eat our food. Terrible…

Just avoid this location if possible. Especially when they get overwhelmed, they will just close the lobby on you. That obviously isn't helpful when I place an order on the app for counter pick up.

As someone who has frequented this taco bell for years I can wholeheartedly say it has gone completely downhill. You can expect at LEAST one thing in your order to be incorrect or missing. It is not an exaggeration when I say it happens every time. Long drive thru times make getting your food fixed when the inevitably close the lobby early. I used to love this taco bell but they have fallen far. Choose anywhere but here.

We were coming back from a concert tonight and taco bell sounded good so we stopped ..when I pull up to drive through the lady was super sweet and on point with her delivery of the greeting but then proceeds to tell us they are out of beef chicken beans and nacho cheese and that they had a huge rush right before we got there. I started laughing because everything you are out of literally makes up 95% of you menu. So I then ask her what can I order then and she then says steak, we have steak but that will be an up charge. Are you serious so because whoever does the ordering isn't doing their due diligence and ordering proper supplies I'm going to be up charged? So then I order 2 STEAK quesadilla and wouldn't you know when we got home and pulled them from the bag and started eating there was NO STEAK.......UGH

Went thru drive thru and ordered $51 worth of food, none of my food was right. The big cheezit box had ZERO meat in it, the burritos had hardly any stuff in them. Even tho we still ate our food, we called and they said they couldn't make it right due to "not having pictures" what happened to customers always right? MY FAMILY WILL NOT GO BACK! After spending that much money, no matter what they should have made it right!!!! I'd rather take my family to the gas station and get something to eat, atleast they will there stomach full!

We had a $50 order and nothing was made right. We had a big cheese it crunch wrap and it didn’t have any meat and it wasn’t filled. We had beefy 5 layers and they were half the size they are supposed to be. My chicken quesadilla had like one piece of chicken per slice. And they won’t replace there mess ups

Ridiculous how the prices are terrible. 47 dollars for 3 people to eat. I could have gotten us all steak dinners for 20 dollars more. The food is garbage and not worth the money and they punish everyone for not using an app which makes it even worse in my opinion

As a local, always expect them to tell you no. Employees staying past 12 are collecting a free paycheck. Telling customers they are on the phone with “taco support” or only have limited amounts of items available that limit your order to force you not to order. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. Hire real management/employees. Sadly cannot answer these questions for my last 3 visits because of these issues, expected to pay 20+ and resulted in dissatisfaction with no order.
