If I could give this place negative stars I would. I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes to find out they were taking one order at a time & not allowing a car to move until the order before was taken and out the window to the customer? I decided I wasn’t waiting 40 minutes for subpar “fast” food and decided to call the store to ask them to have the car in front of me pull forward so I could exit the drive through, they informed me they “couldn’t do that” although just 2 weeks prior they asked me to do that?? Therefore I had to wait another 10 minutes just for the person ahead of me to pull through so I could leave the god awful establishment. Will never return.

The last two times I have attended this dingy establishment, I have spent approximately 3 hours total just WAITING on my food. Even me, someone with very little fast food experience on the working side, but an avid eater of it, believes I can go back there and make some tacos faster than 95% of the staff. While I was there, with two of my brothers, there was a total of 4 other people in there. Yes. 7 people total throughout an hour visit. I waited a good 45 minutes to get my 4 tacos, and when it came out, not to my surprise, one was missing. I told the workers they could keep the chalupa, because I wasn’t waiting any longer hahah. McDonald’s would never.

Food was fast but barely put together with ingredients falling out of the shells. The person I was getting help ordering through was kinda rude and had literally no understanding for a 50 year old man who wasn't used to using a KEYOSK. It made me feel kinda low because I couldn't use the device to order.
The manager that works at this location is the best. He really engages with his team and shows dedication to his team. Keep up the great work

Order inside on the kiosk. My order got skipped finally after waiting forever they had to make my meal again. All I got was a sorry. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry.

We had ordered our food, and hadn't even received cups for our drinks after sitting for like 15 minutes. They had claimed to not even know that a family of four who had to put in an online order at a kiosk has come in. A family of 2 has come in and got their food in the span of like 4 minutes. They had 1 person making food.

The tacos I had here were the fattest tacos I’ve ever eaten from a Taco Bell. They were pretty much falling apart while I was trying to eat them, they were so full. I’m sitting here eating Taco Bell from a different location and they’re just not the same. The workers here were very nice as well.

I loved eating my burritos, but after i had the most horrible poops.. like bad bad poops. I almost didnt make it to the lil girls room, so i dumped out a full can of pringles just so id have some where to put my poops. But i actually made it to the pot just in time to release a moutain of bad poops....
I fancy myself a Taco Bell connoisseur, and this is by far the cleanest, least trashy Taco Bell at which I've eaten.
