We had ordered our food, and hadn't even received cups for our drinks after sitting for like 15 minutes. They had claimed to not even know that a family of four who had to put in an online order at a kiosk has come in. A family of 2 has come in and got their food in the span of like 4 minutes. They had 1 person making food.

The tacos I had here were the fattest tacos I’ve ever eaten from a Taco Bell. They were pretty much falling apart while I was trying to eat them, they were so full. I’m sitting here eating Taco Bell from a different location and they’re just not the same. The workers here were very nice as well.

I loved eating my burritos, but after i had the most horrible poops.. like bad bad poops. I almost didnt make it to the lil girls room, so i dumped out a full can of pringles just so id have some where to put my poops. But i actually made it to the pot just in time to release a moutain of bad poops....

Nacho fries were not fresh....barely warm. Crispy chicken burrito was so dry it was inedible. And I didn't receive by cinnamon twists but didn't realize until I was already home. Do better taco bell. Your standards are unacceptable.

Linton taco bell would be an awesome place to put a taco restaurant. Not sure what you'd call the place that is there now.

Its like a fast food restaurant that hates you. if you have a complaint they will give you hard fries and intentionally not put things you ordered in your bag, make your burrito sloppily on purpose, all out of spite. A former employee who i am close with said they would allow people to pay for extra steak then simply not put it on the order. The woman on night shift with the puffy cheeks has been rude continuously almost every time we have been there.

Put two orders in one online the other at the kiosk they gave me two orders of the same thing from the kiosk then when I told them and they fixed the other one that wasn’t even started we start to leave and half our order is missing now I have been here for almost 49 minutes and still waiting. Won’t be back

Yall need to get your employees right! My son literally sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to pay for his food. He used the kiosk and no body came to register so he could pay and they could start making his food. An employee helped him and tried to rush his order and another employee started yelling at her for it and pretty she quit. Whoever owns this Taco Bell needs to seriously educate their employees on how to work there. And they weren't short staffed either. I definitely will NEVER COME BAXK TO THIS TACO BELL. Yall are worthless

Everything I ordered was wrong so the trip and the money was waisted and we still had not eaten. Paid 2$ extra for sour cream added on each soft shell toco!

AC UNIT

Had their steak chalupas. They were pretty good. Came and made a 2nd order for them. The woman running the drive through said that they've been out all day even though i just ordered them. Then i got a 10 dollar steak grilled cheese burrito and it came with no sauce at all

Only thing good here is the grilled cheese steak burritos but they still manage to mess it up half the time and the customer service is just plain out awful!

I never make reviews... but we went there at 5pm and again probably around 10pm. When we went around 10pm we were told they were out of large cups and rice. That was fine. The fiancé orders no vegetables on his and I always get what comes on the order. Well there wasn’t vegetables on mine so we went back because we thought they messed up the order because they normally do. We asked about the vegetables and I’m assuming it was the manager on shift that spoke up and she said we were told that there were no onions and they had been out of onions all day and she had been there since noon. Me and my fiancé both said we were not told that so that’s why we came back to ask, we had been there earlier and they weren’t out and she was very rude.. She argued and said “yes, I heard him tell you that” and asked if we wanted anything else. We just said no and that he did not ask but it was fine and left. We also asked about the cilantro on the street chalupas and she argued and said there was no cilantro on those. Again, we had them earlier and there was cilantro on them. Could have just apologized and said “Im sorry we forgot to tell you we are out of that.” The rudeness and lying was just astonishing. Not good customer service. People like that are going to scare customers away.
