Put two orders in one online the other at the kiosk they gave me two orders of the same thing from the kiosk then when I told them and they fixed the other one that wasn’t even started we start to leave and half our order is missing now I have been here for almost 49 minutes and still waiting. Won’t be back
Yall need to get your employees right! My son literally sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to pay for his food. He used the kiosk and no body came to register so he could pay and they could start making his food. An employee helped him and tried to rush his order and another employee started yelling at her for it and pretty she quit. Whoever owns this Taco Bell needs to seriously educate their employees on how to work there. And they weren't short staffed either. I definitely will NEVER COME BAXK TO THIS TACO BELL. Yall are worthless
Everything I ordered was wrong so the trip and the money was waisted and we still had not eaten. Paid 2$ extra for sour cream added on each soft shell toco!
Had their steak chalupas. They were pretty good. Came and made a 2nd order for them. The woman running the drive through said that they've been out all day even though i just ordered them. Then i got a 10 dollar steak grilled cheese burrito and it came with no sauce at all
Only thing good here is the grilled cheese steak burritos but they still manage to mess it up half the time and the customer service is just plain out awful!
I never make reviews... but we went there at 5pm and again probably around 10pm. When we went around 10pm we were told they were out of large cups and rice. That was fine. The fiancé orders no vegetables on his and I always get what comes on the order. Well there wasn’t vegetables on mine so we went back because we thought they messed up the order because they normally do. We asked about the vegetables and I’m assuming it was the manager on shift that spoke up and she said we were told that there were no onions and they had been out of onions all day and she had been there since noon. Me and my fiancé both said we were not told that so that’s why we came back to ask, we had been there earlier and they weren’t out and she was very rude.. She argued and said “yes, I heard him tell you that” and asked if we wanted anything else. We just said no and that he did not ask but it was fine and left. We also asked about the cilantro on the street chalupas and she argued and said there was no cilantro on those. Again, we had them earlier and there was cilantro on them. Could have just apologized and said “Im sorry we forgot to tell you we are out of that.” The rudeness and lying was just astonishing. Not good customer service. People like that are going to scare customers away.
They do not know how to put a freaking taco tg. I opened up my taco packing and the taco shell is broken in pieces 😞
Lunch pickup
The service was awful I waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on a cup and I got my food and my quesadilla wasn’t even cut up and my hard taco shell looked like someone punched it, it was crumbled and my quesadilla had so much sauce in it it was all over the bag and the wrapper. Just an awful experience like I have had many in the past at that same store and just really bad customer service.
Jusy sat in there for 40 minutes waiting on my order that they forget to make even though they made all orders that came past mine. Im a restaurant worke (25 years)and can understand being busy or short staffed.
Not here 4 employees watching the manager work andfeeding their friends while they shave their head with a razor in the dining room. The mananger on duty and GM should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kid to shave his head in the dining room.
I see why the GM and DM positions are available.

Bad customer service and they messed up my order loud and rude employees
Taco Bell is getting ridiculous. We normally don't go because the food is never correct but decided to give it another chance. We went inside to order to ensure everything was going to be correct and they don't even have cashiers working the counter any longer. Everything is on a kiosk. I understand having them for others who might want to do this on their own however to not even have the option of having help and then the kiosk wouldn't allow us to select the options we wanting. We've given them several chances and definitely not worth giving them another. No discounts through the app and then you have no employees to help when you do go.
**Update after getting home, we ordered 2 party boxes and were shorted 4 tacos. It's ridiculous they can't even count the correct number of tacos.

So here's how this is going to work I'm new to doordash and quite frankly I pulled up to pick up an order that I just agreed to get and all the employees who are mainly a bunch of young pups or teenagers were just sitting on the ass is twittling in their thumbs worst case scenario is the power has been back on along with the internet for over an hour and 15 or so minutes there was no excuse for that time is money folks grow up.
