This place has gone CONSIDERABLY down hill in recent years. Either needs a complete redo in management, or everyone needs retrained. 1/13/26 went in at 6 o’clock. Ordered two “burger” meals didn’t “edit” or change how they came just as is meals. 25 minutes later my meal came across the counter. I watched three meals be prepped before mine. One dine in order and two presumptively door dash orders. The gentleman who ordered directly after me, were done eating before my daughter and I were served, what was ordered BEFORE theirs. I will not be back here in some time. Such a shame considering they were one of two of the only fast food places that I ever bothered to go to begin with.

Waited for someone to take my order in drive thru for 10 minutes. Not really the problem. The lady taking my order was pushy. I couldn't even finish talking before she kept interrupting asking if that was all. She then proceeded to tell me they didnt have drink carriers and then said they did but oh well. Incredibly rude. Kept name tag turned around so dont know her name. Worst experience I've had with any fast food place ever.

I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s recently, and while waiting for my food I overheard an employee standing near the freezer cussing loudly, dropping the F-bomb, and talking about pulling her kid out of school to watch another kid because of some kind of argument. She was saying all of this to another employee (who I couldn’t see), but it was definitely unprofessional and not something customers should have to hear.

On a positive note, the young man who helped me at the window was very polite and provided excellent customer service. He deserves recognition for doing his job well!

I swear to god they’re using sewer water and the nastiest syrup known to man for their drinks. I’ve never had a drink that taste normal, let alone drinkable from here.

I will never eat there again! My drive through order is wrong 90% of the time even when they repeat it back. The fries were cold and stale and in addition to having the wrong toppings AGAIN! The meat was cold and burnt! The Linton location is horrible!

All I have to say is just don’t. My chicken sandwhich looked like something I could’ve gotten from the freezer section at Walmart and it took 20 min to get my order. The ketchup dispensers (both) were empty and when I told the person at the counter they were too lazy to fill them up.
