Gone here my whole life, new owners are SO rude. I asked for ranch w my order in the drive thru, they didn’t give it in my bag. I go back up to ask for some & the older woman went to the back to grab my receipt just to show me I apparently didn’t ask for ranch even tho I’m certain I did. Tells me it’s .60$ for ranch, I just left. Will not get another penny from my family or me. I don’t mind paying for condiments but her whole demeanor was rude & fact she grabbed my receipt just to show me in my face that headset lady didn’t hear me correctly completely rubbed me the wrong way

The dairy bar always treats me right!! Great food and especially great milkshakes!! Shagun is awesome! She always takes care of me when im there and provides service with a smile!! Thanks for great memory everytime through lizton!

Ordered a brownie sundae and was beyond disappointed — the brownie tasted like plastic and clearly low quality. The ice cream couldn’t save it, and the service was just as bad — rude and uninterested staff. Felt like they couldn’t care less about the customer experience. Definitely not coming back or recommending to anyone.

Used to be a huge fan of the Dairy Bar. Would make the drive from Plainfield to get. Stopped by a few weeks ago got a 2 scoop cone sugar cone, It came on the wrong cone and they didnt seem to understand when I questions it, and it was so small and so $$$. Probably will try again at least one more time if I am in the area but definitely won't go out of my way to get there!
I hate that I have to write this.. The dairy bar has been a huge nostalgia for my whole childhood. Ever since changing ownership everytime im there its a terrible experience...unless who i believe is the owner a middle to older aged gentleman that experience has been nice. I'm pretty sure its his daughter many of times who helps my family and she's always rude short and unprofessional...my last ice cream I got made me write this. It straight looked like something urinated on it.... I asked strawberries and bananas on my ice cream.... I do work in the hospitality industry and I have been there a bunch of times I live very close. This isn't just a one bad incident thing...

In my honest opinion, overpriced. If you want to serve that fare, you're overcharging. I paid almost $9 for a very small hamburger and shake. Hamburger had been microwaved, shake little better.

Always great ice cream and the flurry’s are delicious! Served by friendly staff especially Shagun! She has the nicest smile and is very professional and makes you feel glad that you took the time to stop and get a treat! Highly recommend!
