Not happy that the sign says they are open from 11 to 8 but the young girl at 7:45 (10/29/2024) said the only say she could serve was ice cream cones and simple ice example- hot fudge sundae. Not friendly at all. If they want to close at 7:45 then post it but there was still 15 minutes and 8pm isn’t that late to close and have to do the closing after 8. No good practice if you ask me since I have been going there for many years. I’ll be going elsewhere from know on.
While the pumpkin ice cream was delicious, the service was not. Things are not as they seem on the menu. A strawberry twist cone was ordered and a chocolate one served. When questioned they told us they didn't have strawberry twist, as if we were crazy. It's on the menu! The chocolate twist was good too! $8 for two small cones that were not waffle, as advertised. Should have been roughly $5 (according to the menu) so it was an odd experience from start to finish. Not...
