Fabulous Brisket, wonderful slaw and perfect green beans. The peach cobbler was worth the trip by its self.

I was searching for a BBQ place that I could stop at while drying home from Terre Haute today.
I Googled different locations and came across Rusted Silo Southern BBQ and looking at the menu I noticed that they had Short Ribs. So we stopped in to get some food to go. This is a small almost unnoticeable place that you would likely drive right past.
I got home about 25 minutes ago and I had to try on of the short ribs ......... 😍🥰👍. AWESOME!!!
I will travel the 16 miles to pick up my BBQ there from now on.
We did get sides and a full rack of baby back ribs to go with the full rack of short ribs.
And some bottled Boyds soft drinks.

Spare ribs had plenty of meat on them for a change. Pulled pork and Brisket sandwiches both were excellent and heaped high!!! Very pleased and we will be back again. Thank You!!!!
