Ordered the steak sandwich, fries & Slaw. Started with the French Onion soup which was fine. Things went down hill from there. When the meal was brought out, fries were floating in the jus for the sandwich. Meat was tough and hardly any flavor. Slaw was in a condiment cup. Had to rattle the bartenders' cage to acquire a proper amount. Had two draught beer and when I ordered the second the keg ran dry and the glass was short. Was told that when it was changed I'd receive the balance in the glass. Never happened. in a nutshell, this place is substandard across the board.

While the food was what you expect from Applebee's. Our waitress (who we very much tried to give the benefit of doubt) was entirely unpleasant. She was short with us, walked away as we tried to order stuff. She actually pushed one person's hand out from in front of them to sit their drink down. We honestly thought maybe it's just an off day for her...we all have them. Nope, every other table got smiles and compliments. We received RBF and attitude. When requesting to go containers. We received 1 side container for an amost full app sampler. Then agitation when we requested more. Again we don't expect a red carpet and all that but wow we absolutely felt unwelcome. But hey the food was decent right

Went there on a date. Service was okay but kind of chaos.. We got the wrong burger and it was not cooked right. Let them know. They made a new one and that one wasn't cook right either... ended up letting it go, paid and left. We both now have food poisoning..

Brandi was so amazing. She was funny and answered any questions since I was just passing through the area. The staff was awesome. Had an extremely good time. I don't know everyone's name that was working but Brittany and Heather were spot on with there areas. I will definitely be back. An outstanding place to eat at. Clean appealing and the restrooms where very clean. Thank you all so much.

I drove 20 minutes for cheese curds. Sat down looked at the menu and they don't carry them anymore. So I gave my comment to the waitress and I left.
Me and my mom and my cousin were at Applebee’s, and our waiter was very unpleasant. We were talking about something that has nothing to do with the waiter. And the waiter goes up to my mom and says do we have a problem? And my mom goes no, and The waiter says, where did you get a refill? I don’t remember getting you a refill and my mom said she had to go up to the bar and get a refill because the waiter was getting people in front of us and behind us but not us their food and drinks.

I have never had a more disappointing meal at Applebee's until yesterday. I love their burbon steak meal. Ordered a side salad to go with. My wife ordered the salmon with a side salad. Both salads were unusually small,and the lettuce limp. The salmon portion was very small, but taste was ok. My steak was hot, and the portion was good. There was no flavor. Smashed potatoes were Luke warm at best and again little flavor. I even used my leftover ranch dressing to finish them off. Waitress was friendly. I love Applebee's. Just had a bad night. I tell it like it is. Follow up: The manager called and was very apologetic. She wanted to send us free meals on a gift card, which I declined. As I stated,it was one bad night. I have had several great experiences at Applebee's, including this one. I will be back. I do appreciate the call, though!
