Way better than I remember. I am from K.C. and have not been to an Applebee's for a good 10 years if not more. I went with 3 Friends and it was genuinely good food. Everyone in my party had something different and we all agreed that the meal we had was well above par. I will have to try one more local to my to see if this was just an Indiana thing or if they have generally improved their menu.

After a long wait after ordering food came out barely warm. One persons came out burn. Wife’s steak came out over cooked ordered medium well it was fully well. Had to ask for refills while staff didn’t hide the fact they were eating cookies in the back.

Food is fine if they have the staff to seat or serve you. My wife and I eat here fairly regularly. The staff is nice and the food is usually good. The issue that arises is they don’t staff the place well and on multiple occasions we have left either never having been waited on told there was a wait when half the restaurant was open.
