Just ordered food from there and was told that we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the chicken tenders. We said okay and then waited more than 5 minutes then got home and realized that they didn't even give us the chicken tenders at all in the bag but they did give us the ranch for them. Now the weather is not safe to drive in and I'm not spending the extra fuel just to drive all the way back into town because of their incompetence.

My kids school gave out free kids meals coupons. So naturally we go to use it at our local Arby’s and get myself dinner and use the kids meal coupon as one would do. The Employee acts extremely upset at the sight of coupon and goes on a rant on how the coupons has wiped them out of this and that . Which I get stuff runs out and not a big deal .
She continues to rant and act aggressive with the whole attitude she put off a.
says she hope my kid does not want certain things from the coupon . And she’s tired all this kids meal crap. All in front of my child who placed the order herself because she was proud of her coupon . So ignores my child who spoke and placed order and berates me for patronage
Unprofessional and disrespectful and rude . Wasn’t the first time I’ve had bad experience there… just the worst by far and the last .

Tried the new burger, thought it was overrated and overpriced. It was the first sandwich from Arby's I was disappointed with, love your fish and all the others but won't order the burger again. Stick to what you do best, Jeff Miller, Logansport,In.
I have debated to report or put it in a review for a while now but I watched a bigger girl with blonde hair reach in a bag and pull a fry out to eat it. She looked at me and gave me a look. When she came to the window her name tag read brittany. I have came back since and she is always giving looks and being so unprofessional. Honestly idk if it feels like she is just racist at this point or moody because she was caught eating other peoples food. Im fed up and will not return

I have visited this place several times the lady at drive thru was so rude kept yelling at other employees for orders I think her name is Megan on other time I decided to go in and order food the same girl was screaming at a employee I just left I don’t know why management let this behavior go on

They had my food on my tray waiting on one last item then they took my sandwich off and gave it to someone else who was going through the drive through so by the time I got my food what had been sitting on the tray was cold
