We (me and one other person) got sat at 3:07.
A fellow come in behind us. He got greeted before we did. Got his drink and his meal before we ever did.
We waited for 40 mins and no one greeted us.
The dinning room wasn’t super busy either. About a total of 9 ppl.
How awful. Someone who come in behind us got a normal experience.
We got shit on. No one came up to us at all. And when we went to go leave no one tried to say anything either.
Needless to say it was a waste of time.
Hopefully you’re other customers get treated better than we did.

No more orders from here at t&e log!Newport location. The Tues before Thanksgiving, 2024, we stopp÷d in for the turkey dinner plate at $8.99 ea. We ordered 2 of same. I do not walk or drive. My helper/driver went in to place order then in to pay & get it with my debit card. We were on our way back in town from a lond day at dr. In ft. Wayne. We got it home; the gravy had spilled over everything as one was not closed securely. There was no green beans or bread like was advertised. We just ate & got relaxed from the long day. First thing the next morning, I checked my debit card & found bob evans charged us $45.xx, more than double what it should . I immediately called them & of course they could not find anything. I am sure they would have found it if they had not receivtaken enough.. I asked my helper; didn't u question it when they said your total due is $45.xx? He said it did not go like that. That is how it used to be when I was able to go in myself. Who should I consider the scammer here?ave been

Tried the Deep Dish Chicken and Noodles, but honestly, it should be called Chicken and Biscuits in Gravy. The flavor was solid, but I was bummed about the lack of noodles. The few that were there had great flavor, thick texture, and were cooked just right, but there just weren't enough of them. I ended up using the three biscuits they gave me to soak up that tasty gravy. Honestly, I would have preferred them with some butter and honey instead. The gravy was packed with flavor, but it was a bit too salty for my taste—though, let's be real, isn't everything these days? A little tip for all the chefs out there: salt isn't the magic fix for a bland dish. On a positive note, the service here is always top-notch, so make sure to show some love to your servers!
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance could be a little tight but the restaurant iles themselves are more than sufficient for most wheelchair and go buggies

This Bob Evans is very nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is good and prepared in a timely manner.
Vegetarian options: I am not sure about vegetarian options but I think I seen a cpl options on the menu.
Dietary restrictions: They have heart healthy options throughout the menu for those that need to watch sodium intake and such.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces around the restaurant in the front and on the side of the building. There is handicap parking available. They have a parking spot reserved for veterans and a cpl curbside pickup spots available as well.

Friendly staff. Only one waitress but she was prompt, we did not have to wait. Very efficient but they should get her a little help in the morning

Restroom was FILTHY! Urine on the floor, sink counter filthy.
Time it took to get the food was ridiculous!
The food is obviously frozen packages which are warmed up. The hash browns were flat and burned! The omelet seemed like each item came from a frozen prepackaged container, added together and put in the microwave, yet cold interior. The ONLY heat inside the omelette was the spice I added to it.
Needless to say, I didn’t eat more than a couple bites.
What a shame for the Bob Evan’s chain. I’ll not return to the Logansport store and will check ALL OTHER options before entering any store of this chain.
On the other hand, staff were pleasant and apologetic about the food.

This was our worst experience ever eating at Bob Evans. Terrible food and service. There were only like 7 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant at any given time and we waited an hour for our food. The iced tea was old and I requested a water when the waitress came back 15 min later. She didn't take it off our bill and the guy at the register refused to take it off. My eggs were disgusting and inedible. I couldn't complain to the waitress because she didn't come back to our table after she brought the food and we never got refills. We sat around for 20 min waiting for our bill and the waitress only had one other table by that time. It was very disappointing.
