Buffalo Wild Wings

Waited over an hour for our food. Fries were cold. Asked for a replacement and never got them. Manager was supposed to bring them.Ate the cold wings just so I could have something to eat. Would not recommend. Staff was disinterested. Terrible experience. Left hungry. In town for a visit and glad I don’t ever have to come back. Wish I had read the reviews prior to going there.

I truly don't understand this brand anymore. Why stay open if your going to continue to serve horrible food with horrible service. 4 people in the entire place and maybe 15 workers doing nothing. Food was cold and no sauce on. I had to repeatedly ask for another beer and at the end of the night it was $50 plus tip. Buffalo wild wings. Your response shouldn't be go to our website and fill something out. You should actually take what I'm saying and use it. Stop sending me surveys. I filled them out telling you how crappy it was and nothing ever changes.

We waited in line for 30 mins ,then they wanted us to wait another 30 mins to get a table. 21 tables and 15 was empty, 4 waitresses. After we got seated it took another 1.5 to get the dam food. Poor management. Plenty of workers it's obvious the manager has No Clue how to run a business and needs fired.

Very disappointed in the refusal of service at this location! We had a local team come to the restaurant to eat/celebrate after their sectional championship win, but were refused service. This was an hour and a half before closing! We called to ask about closing time before sending 20 basketball players there. This was a pretty big let down for me as a local that this was the lack of support shown for these young ladies!

Appetizers and wings served cold.
Came in for dinner. Ordered an appetizer and wings. Neither came out in a timely fashion and served cold. It wasn't really busy at the time. Service lacked. Items were sent back. Management never came to the table to inquire. Do better bdubs

We got our food before the appetizer. Our waitress did a great job being she was the only one in the bar and had to make drinks as well. She really was a rock star. The chips were a little flimsy.

This place is a joke. Waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged that we were there even though several employees passed us by. We had to flag down the server to put in appetizer order and he didn't return for order until our appetizer was delivered and eaten. Then he tried to deliver food we did order. When out order did come out everything was wrong. I knew it would be because the server was not paying any attention to us ordering. He then took it back and brought out new order that was incorrect AGAIN. We ordered wings, not like we had a special order. Unfortunately we could not take it any longer. We were there over an hour. After reading some other reviews, I wish I seen them before walking in there.

Worst Bdubs I’ve ever been to. Got an order to go, unfortunately didn’t check the contents of my bag and came to find out when I got home 10 wings and a large order of fries were missing. Sucks but whatever. I go to eat what I did receive and none of the wings had sauce… glorified chicken nuggets, what little sauce was present was at the bottom of the container, like they poured it in, and threw the chicken on top. Do not recommend this location

I went on a date recently here and enjoyed lots of food at a great price. I always enjoy that no matter which way I'm sitting, there are tvs for me to watch sports games on.

We got there at 430pm. There were only 4 other occupied tables. We waited 3 minutes to be seated. Ok, I thought they aren't fully staffed for dinner yet. We were seated and waited 5 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order and another 5 minutes to get the actual drinks. When we ordered my son asked for chicken tenders. The waitress informed us they "couldn't bread the tenders at this time and could only offer grilled tenders". What kid wants grilled tenders??? Trying to be patient we ordered the grilled tenders. 35 minutes later our food came out. At this time the waitress had refilled my son and husband's drink. I didn't think too much about it since I had half a cup. My all American cheeseburger started off great. Halfway thru, it tasted like the cook had dumped all the seasoning right in the center. It was soooo salty. I finished off my drink trying to wash the burger down. I then had to drink half of my husband's drink. The waitress finally came by and we asked for a refill of my drink. The waitress said sure then turned to the newly seated table of 8 people and took their food order and went to put it in the computer. I still had no drink so my husband went to the bar and got me another soda. After drinking the majority of it down the waitress came back with my refill. I am always patient with wait staff because my job involves providing care for patients and I know what it's like to get busy, but at 1 point I saw our waitress at her computer station on her phone while I was choking down my salty burger and trying to get her attention for the refill.
I understand we weren't the only ones there but this really was the worse experience at this restaurant and I am going to very leary of going back.

Visiting Logansport for the weekend and decided to go to my favorite restaurant but was unfortunately highly highly disappointed. First off the hostess didn’t say a word to us other than “just the 4 of you” sat us directly in the sun told us there were no booths open when we politely asked if we could have one. Our waitress came after 10 minutes of us sitting there and very kindly moved us to a booth. The same booth I asked the hostess to sit us in. We did get our drinks fairly quickly and our appetizer mind you the appetizer was phenomenal taste wise, they could’ve been cooked longer but whatever. We order our food and that takes a normal amount of time to get back. Other than that we haven’t gotten any refills or anything. Food was awful tasted like it was cooked in ba foil or something, I really wouldn’t be surprised if my family gets sick for the way the food taste. I am not one to complain nor have I ever went to the extent of writing a bad review but I will stress to everyone to never go to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Waitresses yelling and arguing with customers the manager doing absolutely nothing but running food and letting the waitresses handle all the store issues. This place was rude, disgusting and $72 was not worth it.
