I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for a $20 refund for a takeout I cancelled due to medical problems. I’ve called 3 times. Today will make 4. When I called to cancel I was waiting for a manager to pick up for 15 minutes. So I hung up and called back only to have a manager answer and tell me that she didn’t know there was a call!

I do not eat chicken wings, so I got a cheeseburger and it was the best one I have had at a restaurant ever.

I had a terrible experience once again in this place... I was trying to give it another chance since last time my wings were red from the inside las night I found a f roach in the wings!!!! I'm really disgusted!!!

The quality of this place just keeps going down. Let's just close it if your going to stop caring. Placed online order was suppose to be done at 130. 150 my wife finally gets our food, my wife then checks it and the order was wrong. So had to deal with that issue. Food is sub par at best. I can get a more quality meal at Burger King then b dubs and pay 1/3 of the price.

The kids were eating, we had a cocktail and watched some of the game. Sports atmosphere. Great cocktails. Fantastic service. Kids (Teens) can be seen at all times.

Got the street tacos, old and dry. Food was rubbery like it sat under heat lamp for awhile. Dirty plates were never taken away.

Waited over an hour for our food. Fries were cold. Asked for a replacement and never got them. Manager was supposed to bring them.Ate the cold wings just so I could have something to eat. Would not recommend. Staff was disinterested. Terrible experience. Left hungry. In town for a visit and glad I don’t ever have to come back. Wish I had read the reviews prior to going there.

I truly don't understand this brand anymore. Why stay open if your going to continue to serve horrible food with horrible service. 4 people in the entire place and maybe 15 workers doing nothing. Food was cold and no sauce on. I had to repeatedly ask for another beer and at the end of the night it was $50 plus tip. Buffalo wild wings. Your response shouldn't be go to our website and fill something out. You should actually take what I'm saying and use it. Stop sending me surveys. I filled them out telling you how crappy it was and nothing ever changes.

We waited in line for 30 mins ,then they wanted us to wait another 30 mins to get a table. 21 tables and 15 was empty, 4 waitresses. After we got seated it took another 1.5 to get the dam food. Poor management. Plenty of workers it's obvious the manager has No Clue how to run a business and needs fired.

Very disappointed in the refusal of service at this location! We had a local team come to the restaurant to eat/celebrate after their sectional championship win, but were refused service. This was an hour and a half before closing! We called to ask about closing time before sending 20 basketball players there. This was a pretty big let down for me as a local that this was the lack of support shown for these young ladies!

Appetizers and wings served cold.
Came in for dinner. Ordered an appetizer and wings. Neither came out in a timely fashion and served cold. It wasn't really busy at the time. Service lacked. Items were sent back. Management never came to the table to inquire. Do better bdubs
