It was a great breakfast spot. We’re visiting from out of town and I enjoyed the pace, the kindness, and the food. We had a kind and attentive server, the biscuits and gravy were on point and the corned beef and eggs were good. Loved the laid back, welcoming atmosphere. We were surrounded by great conversations about chasing cows, working on the farm, riding their ATVs, and family. A great experience for me, being from the Western WA area.
My husband and I are from Crawfordsville and we came to check out the Dale Hardy store in town. We needed lunch and found this place. Amazing food and service! Quickly received our food and it was great. Our 4 year old was with us and she never eats very good at restaurants and she got a pancake and bacon and she ate it all! I hope we get to come back to enjoy this great meal again. The meat seemed like it was really good quality too. Thank you for an awesome first experience!
Old fashioned diner. Clean. Friendly people. Food was fantastic. It’s typical diner food, but the kitchen staff really puts effort into it. Pork tenderloin, mozzarella sticks, and the omelette with everything was perfectly cooked. Portions were huge. Remember to bring cash though because they don’t accept credit cards.
