On mother's Day at 6:45 pm.Their kiosk doesn't give your receipt back. Also, there app doesn't give you the option to choose extra fries for your kids happy meals anymore. If you try to show them. They get mad refuse your service. I told them give me corporate number that's when they gave me kids extra fries. They forgot their sauce like always. They made my frappe and it was so runny. They just told me to go. I ask for it to be remade they refused too. This McDonald's is horrible

Got cold coffee , wrong sandwich it was also not hot and no hash brown .this was at 9am prime breakfast time . I know my bad for not checking my order. They did replace the cold coffee , I felt the cup no warmth to it so knew it was cold. I could stick my finger in it.
If you use their kiosk and don't get your receipt you're at risk of not getting your order. I almost had to turn them in to The Better Business Bureau on 5/2/2025 in the morning because I was told my order didn't go through on the kiosk despite the money being pulled from my bank account. They would've ripped me off if the receipt hadn't been hanging out of the kiosk. Fortunately it wasn't blank like they are sometimes.

There are roaches crawling calmly around. Let the manager know and they acted like it was normal...cockroaches should not act like they're comfortable in broad daylight.
