Well the food might have been good if I had gotten what I ordered. I used the mobile app and ordered a Sausage mcmuffin with out the muffin and an extra sausage. I get it in a platter container (ok) well it had 2 sausages and the cheese and beside that was the English muffin ( the thing I did not want) and no egg. I even checked my app to see if I ordered it wrong and I did not. How hard is it to read. And it was not even busy. I understand mistakes when they are rushing around but we were the only ones there. Sad

Very disappointed, the chicken sandwich was soggy and definitely nothing crispy about the mess of a sandwich. We also got a quarter pounder that was not cooked fully. The only good part was the cokes we got.

I had a older gentleman at the window tell me I CANT ORDER A MCDOUBLE WITH NO CHEESE. That I HAVE to order a double hamburger because most of the employees don't speak English or understand.

It wasn't the best experience. We waited for 20 minutes for our curbside order. I'm fairly certain it would have been longer had I not brought the fact we had been there for 20 minutes to the attention of a worker delivering an order to a vehicle they had asked to pull forward. Guess the moral of the story is to not use the curbside service unless there are 0 people in line.

Waited in drive thu for 40 mins just for 4 cheeseburgers and 1 large fry and was all cold would give 0 stars if possible
I ordered extra bagel sauce and onions and utensils to cut bagel. Took 20 minutes to get my food. Ended up getting to go since it took forever. No drink cup. Beeper was going off for 10 minutes in the grill area.

The food was good. Never happy with the service from the employees there. They take all day to get the order done and then let your order sit there instead of bringing it to you like they are suppose to.

I went to this McDonalds 3 days in a row and had to sit and wait for 30 minutes while everyone behind us got theirs! When we finally received our food some was missing, like 2 burgers and 2 fries and all of the food was cold and after asking for sauce for the nuggets they left it out! Waiting there looked before leaving, waited another 15 minutes and no one came back so I will not go back there! The one in Peru and Kokomo are just as bad! They need to do better!!!
