I ordered extra bagel sauce and onions and utensils to cut bagel. Took 20 minutes to get my food. Ended up getting to go since it took forever. No drink cup. Beeper was going off for 10 minutes in the grill area.
The food was good. Never happy with the service from the employees there. They take all day to get the order done and then let your order sit there instead of bringing it to you like they are suppose to.
Kid-friendliness: I love that they have tablets for kids to play on while they wait for food.

In my past few visits to this particular one there's been a major improvement in the food and how it's made. This wasn't always the case in the past so kudos for improving!
