My mother and I used to visit this place frequently for dinner or lunch. During lunch they are not very busy and depending on the day, dinner is not very busy either. This places sits on a river with indoor or outdoor seating (weather permitting.) The staff are very friendly and quick to serve. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

Well having read some reviews i decided to try it. I dont know if i just happened to go on a off day but it wasnt anything like what i had read. First let me say the waitress was top notch, thank you. However, the food was little to be desired and some of it had been way past its date. I really should have just refused it. Live and learn i guess, wont be back

My Young Beautiful Bride and I visited the River View Restaurant in Logansport for an early lunch. We have eaten here many times before and we absolutely love it, fantastic selection, friendly people, wonderful atmosphere.

The only thing I didn't care for is they weren't busy and I wanted to eat upstairs to get a better view of the river and was told that's for reservations for big parties. In other words peons like me don't mean anything. But will still take my money.

My wife and I stopped on our way through Logansport for a late breakfast. The breakfast menu is so extensive and varied I believe you could eat there every day for at least six months, maybe a year, before eating the same thing. Server was very courteous, food was excellent. The quality and quantity was very good. If I lived in Logansport this would be my go to place for breakfast every day. We were going to stop at one of the fast food places advertised on U.S. 31 before the exit to Indiana 25 (very misleading regarding distance) but I'm glad my wife found this place on her Google search.

What a hidden treasure River View Restaurant is. This restaurant is located on the edge of the Eel River and has outdoor seating. Today was a perfect day to enjoy our superb meal. The portions were large, the servers were delightful, and the cost was reasonable for the amount of food we were served. I encourage all of you to try River View on a great sunny day or enjoy their spacious indoor dining area, which has large windows to see the river. We will be returning customers. There were so many selections on the menu that we will be returning.
