I’ve been a loyal customer there for 3 years and was treated so rude had me crying and everything, didn’t even apologize or offer me a free drink, all because they had problems with there app! Will never go there again unfortunately and was told have the day you deserve by a guy that I wrote a good review about before on a survey! Have never been treated this bad by any company ever in my life just awful!

This is the tattered American flag hanging outside the business. What is left of the flag is in shreds. Show some respect and properly remove it and replace it. Very disrespectful.

Bought two breakfast sandwiches.
One was cold in the middle , and the bacon was rubbery and undercooked.
This was my last stop on the way to work. And my only meal for the day sadly.

I hate to say it, but this is the 5th time in two weeks that Scooter’s Coffee has screwed up my order. I get the exact same drink every single time, so there’s really no excuse. They used to get it right, but I don’t know what’s going on with them now.
My order is simple: iced decaf Americano, 4 pumps of vanilla, a little creamer. In the last five visits, they’ve messed it up every single time — missing vanilla, only creamer, or nothing added at all. But today was the last straw: they gave me regular coffee instead of DECAF.
That’s not just annoying — that’s dangerous for me. I cant have caffeine because it triggers anxiety attacks, and dealing with that because someone can’t listen and write it down right is ridiculous.
So I’m done with Scooter’s for now until they get their act together. And I tried calling them today right after I ordered it and nobody answered

I have been through Scooters multiple times, hoping that the first few times were just an off day, but today I got a large coffee with cream and a shot of espresso. Not only was the coffee weak it tastes and smells like the half and half used was expired. I had to just dump $4 down the drain.
