Sunday, February 22 ND, I picked up a carry out order. 2 eggs over easy and whole wheat toast. The eggs were over medium well and the toast was dry, not buttered. I did not get butter or syrup for the 2 pancakes and no plastic ware to eat the food.

I eat breakfast there sometimes. I am a Veteran I got a discount for that then they changed. They added if Bacon, Sausage, or Ham was on special that meant you did not get the Veteran discount on your meal that is the way they don't give that 10%. I would not think nothing of it if they would not give the Veteran discount I don't 'hardly get it anymore. I go eat Breakfast close to noon when Breakfast Specials not on the Board. I just feel like I am being cheated when I don't get the discount I used to., other than that Foods good I like going there.

My food was cooked well, my husband's open face ribeye sandwich was very disappointing. It was just a thin cut ribeye steak put on top of some bread. Nothing else. Shouldnt it come with like some sautéd onions and peppers or something for flavor? He had to add salt to the steak it was that disappointing. Not even cut up. The butter they gave us was frozen solid. Thankful for the salad bar, but real bacon bits would be a great addition.

Usually this place is great, my dad loves it and I treated lunch yesterday. Its one of his favorites Everything went quite well, server was good. I even had her give me the bill not my dad Today, the next morning, I was going through my bank book and writing everything in. And the transaction vs receipt is almost $10 more than my total on my receipt. And yes I not only included a tip on my card, but also cash. Even after tip adjustments they took 10 extra. When I called to find out why, I was told nothing could be done about it. So use cash only or just not at all

I took My Young Beautiful Bride to Sliver Lake Family Restaurant in Logansport, Friday evening for supper.
My Young Beautiful Bride ordered a breakfast meal and I ordered the smelt dinner.
She was satisfied with her meal, however I was extremely disappointed in the size of the smelt that was on my plate, they looked like baby smelt.
The waitress was nice but not attentive enough, the atmosphere was nice as well.
I'm sure that we will be visiting this place again, but not anytime soon.
