In town for work. Was craving something other than takeout or fast food and came across this place. Absolutely loved it!
I sat upstairs in the restaurant. Apparently, there's a lounge downstairs.
Right out of the gate impressing me with the sweet tea. Couldn't get enough. The cheese sticks were the best I've had in a long time. Looks like the sauce is probably homemade. Not much of a salad guy, but they did have a nice salad bar. I got a bowl of beef vegetable soup, and it was delicious. For my entrée I got the 12 oz ribeye and baked potato. Cooked medium rare, and they got it spot on. Extremely juicy. Baked potato was also cooked perfectly. My only complaint is I didn't save room for dessert.
Very reasonably priced, staff was super nice and on top of things, and very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed some conversations with a few older gentlemen around me.
Highly recommend! We need more places like this. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Wish they opened earlier for breakfast so I can go back for breakfast in the morning before I leave.

On impulse we decided to eat dinner here, chose the bar side to sit. Didn't get the bartender/waitress's name but she did an excellent job of covering both duties. Thought we were going to try the all u can whitefish dinner, but changed to the smelt dinner at last minute...so glad we did, some of the best smelt ever. Got a plate full of hot smelt & waffle fries for me, baked tater for him. The salad was fresh, too. Great value!

Excellent food. Excellent price. Very clean and the service was perfect. My parents are still raving about it. Mom says it would be perfect if it had Romain lettuce and baby spinach on the salad bar.
