Went to get subs for my wife and I and ordered on mobile app as I was walking in the store so I could just wait a few and grab the food , when I went in they came to the front and grabbed what I believe to be the meat for the subs and another girl came and got the vinegar and oil and were in a panic it seemed and I asked about my order and one girl said it hasn't came through yet while another from the back chimed in and said yeah we are working on it right now, while I watched one lady make the ladies sandwich up front that was in line when I walked in they took mine to the back to be made for some reason and they also came up and made two drive thru orders up front but mine was made in back for some sketchy reason, when I asked the girl why it was being made in back she was very rude and rolled her eyes as she told me "we have a line in back too" not to mention she took our sandwiches over by the cash register where they handle dirty bills and rolled my sandwiches up ans bagged, I could see if bagging them up right there if they were already wrapped and protected from possible germs, have had issues with this location and general manager Abby over refund (which I still haven't received) even after a personal call from her over a order I never received but they took my money but decided to try them again and this is what I get. They are rude, untrained, and very unprofessional.

Can't seem to get a hold of anyone at subway for a refund of my order that I never even received smh kept saying my order was on the way and it never even showed up, spoke to my supposed door dash driver and she was told that my order had already been picked up and so I spoke to door dash

Well if you want it done right go in and don't do a mobile order. Been out all day and did a mobile order. My sub had no veggies on it, no cheese, and to make it worse they burnt it. I didn't even want it toasted. There was like no meat on there, maybe 2 slices. They had no other customers so I'm not sure why they did such a lazy job. I even went back to the app to make sure I did order mine with veggies, cheese and not toasted and I did. I've been out on the road all day, I'm not driving across town again for something that shouldn't of been THIS messed up. I'm going to the other sandwich shops next time. That was a waste of my money.

Poor service sat in drive through behind another person they didn't attempt to tell either of us anything I had to yell hello multiple times only to them be told after 15mins of waiting it'll be a few minutes ?

I ordered online from home, the wait time it gave me was about 15 minutes for 2 foot long roast beef subs with only one or two toppings and no condiments on each and 1 foot long tuna sub with two or three toppings and salt and pepper. I also got 1 cookie and 1 of the foot long cookies. It was about dinnertime when I ordered so I assumed the possibility that it could take just a few minutes longer, so I didn't rush to pick it up. I went to pick it up about 25-30 minutes after I had placed the order, and when I arrived the restaurant appeared to be pretty dead, definitely less busy than I had expected, but when I went in to pick it up I learned that they had only just began to make the order, so I had to stand there another almost 10 minutes before my order was finally ready. The tuna sandwich didn't seem toasted at all, like I had ordered it as, and it was pretty sloppy, but it still tasted good. The employees weren't unfriendly towards me but they also weren't very friendly either. There were no other customers the entire time I was there waiting to pick up my order. Other than feeling like I had to wait a little too long for the order to be complete and the tuna sub seeming a little bit messier than necessary, I feel neutral about this Subway restaurant as it currently stands. The food tasted good and was put together correctly (other than toasting the tuna, but maybe they just didn't toast it long enough or they overlooked where it said toasted because they are human and make mistakes too). The employees weren't the friendliest, but they weren't rude and they did thank me or tell me to have a good day after handing me my food. I would order from here again, and if I do I will update my review if I feel the necessity to.

Parking: The lot is a bit tight and spaces are angled in an odd way but there's plenty of parking in it.

Showed up and they were slammed. The staff was super nice and made the best of the situation. Still got my order in a timely manner and the girls working were as nice as ever even under all the stress of about 20 people in line.

Very limited bread choices and they were limited on veggies at time of vist and ordered a drink and wasnt told the machine in lobby wasnt working and half the drinks in the back didnt work

Waited over 20 minutes just to order. 15 minutes after that I received a sandwich that was completely wrong, both make and size (I paid for a foot long and got a 6 inch), and I had to remind them I had a drink. Nothing about my order was made correctly and the wait for the poor service was way too long.

I dined in with my husband. I got a foot-long we had to ask him to change out his gloves because he wasn't doing so in between orders. He put like 4 tomatos on it. By far worst experience at subway. Not to mention he didn't have a hair net on his beard, lucky we didn't get hair in our food! This was 3rd street subway .
