Dude how hard is it to make a taco with no lettuce? ITS LITERALLY ONE LESS INGREDIENT. The employees need to learn to pay attention and read. It's literally almost every single time I order from here. They always mess it up. I'm a simple person, soft taco no lettuce. Easy. Apparently not to these people.

Ordered through drive thru. Order was wrong had to drive back. Asked for refund. He didn’t refund me he charged my card again. I got a bunch of tags from previous orders in my bag. Food orders get messed up but to have a bunch of food tags tossed in makes me wonder if he and staff did this on purpose.

Service champions as they would like to be called....are anything but. If you don't have a product the customer should be informed before they pay, NOTafter they give the food minus the product and not say anything until you ask where the item is. Also I ordered the cinnamon twists....I don't know where they keep them but they smell of some chemical and are unedible. I will be contacting corporate after taking the twist in to manager at the prices they charge I expect food that can be eaten. Oh and the chicken nuggets our cat won't even eat them. That is sad cause she'll attack mcnuggets.

The order is never right. It's always cold, and takes forever. Today was the deal breaker, I had to call them in order to get the drive thru line moving because "they didn't know someone was at the speaker" then we were in line for almost another 30 minutes.

I don’t think my food has ever been right. I can order 2 things & both will be messed up. And I can never get the churros or chips. They always taste like rancid oil!!!! This place needs new management! I’ve complained several times & nothing changes! Plus the place smells like weed half the time! There was a very sweet girl who used to work there, but I haven’t seen her in awhile. Don’t blame her for leaving. This place sucks! If you want a good taco I suggest one of the actual Mexican restaurants in town!

Lots of shady stuff going on here. Half the time the staff are outside smoking and not just cigarettes. The food always sucks, and the managers are absolutely awful! They should fire them & bring in new management.

I'm not sure why Google always asks me to review fast food places because I don't like fast food but I mean it's literally just Taco Bell, you go there and you order your tacos with your fake meat and there's really nothing else to expect or experience. Your best bet is to go to an authentic taco place or Hispanic restaurant.
