The gentleman working the register was unwelcoming and unfriendly, which set a poor tone from the start. The food was subpar. The buffet is quite small, though it’s understandable given the limited space.
On a positive note, the woman who cleared our dishes was very pleasant and courteous.
As a side note, we witnessed a small group of teenage boys come in for the buffet. One young man appeared to be a dollar short. The gentleman at the register threw the money back at him without explanation. The young man then handed over an additional dollar, which the man accepted. This interaction came across as unprofessional and unnecessary.
Overall, our group of three will not be returning.

Food was bland, service was non existent no one came to clear dirty plates, and the owner likes to park his Porsche SUV in handicap zone blocking the access ramp. Will not be returning

The food was fine, it close at 9:30pm but it was 8:00pm and they started to throw away the food and started to close stuff up, we didn't even get that much food because they were putting and throwing stuff away so we just left.

The absolute WORST Chinese food we've ever had. Alot of the food was practically inedible, cold and had been sitting out too long or just not cooked correctly. How does an asian place not cook rice well? General Tso's tasted like they just put ketchup on it and NO spice whatsoever, the donuts were hard as a rock and the cookies tasted like it was baked on a dirty pan. The guy who took our money was rude as ive seen.

Good food and they pick up empty plates. Crab Rangoon, General Tso's, LoMein, Rice, sweet and sour chicken, potatoes and onions, ice cream, and different desserts all available on the AYCE buffet. Pepsi fountain products and tea available for drinks.

What a crock, 30 dollars for 2 people, literally the smallest selection of foods and all foods were over cooked or for example the rice sat out for about 2 hours, very cold and starting to harden. The mochi balls with bean paste were over friend and cracked when squeezing. -20/10. Will not be going back.

We have eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants but none as bad as this. This Health Dept. should close this place down. The food was undercooked and cold. When we first walked in the woman just looked at us and walked away so the man (cook) came out from the back and told us a price for food, took our money and then went back to the back. We didn't even tell him what we wanted. He just assumed we wanted the nasty buffet and it was nasty. Every person who walked in after that got the same treatment. The broccoli and chicken was cold, the fried shrimp was raw and the breaded chicken was undercooked and cold. This is the worst ever. Did I mention the woman later stood by the kitchen and smoked a cigarette and then grabbed some food from the back and ate. Not from the buffet, from the back kitchen.

Restaurant Review: The Lins

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at The Lins. We paid $40 for our meal, and it was a complete letdown. The fries were cold, the rice was dry and unappetizing, and the shrimp was served cold as well. When we approached the owner for a refund, he completely freaked out, yelling and demonstrating a bad attitude.

We asked for three to-go boxes for our leftovers since there were three of us, but he insisted on giving us just one. Frustrated, we felt we couldn't leave without making sure we got our money's worth. We even called the cops, hoping they could mediate, but he continued to come up with poor excuses.

We've dined here before and had a great experience, but this visit was a total disaster. I wouldn't recommend The Lins based on this experience.

We went there with my family, the food was horrible and it was full of flies. The cashier man was very rude and he doesn't treat his employees well. The buffet was very dirty, ripped seats, dirty windows and a mess. I don't even know how that buffet passes the food sanity inspection.
