My husband enjoyed his tenderloin and onion rings. I ordered a grilled chicken salad very little lettuce, bacon bits, cheese, square pieces of grilled chicken that wasn't all the way done. The thinner chunks were done but not the thicker pieces, was given one cracker packet. We ate inside, only customers inside, one car outside waiting on car hop. I was waiting for the waitress that brought our food , or if they noticed, that I didn't eat my food not paying attention to paying customers. They were busy talking at the counter. I guess they bring your food to the table and that is it. I just picked off about 4 pieces of chicken that was done, took a bite of thicker pieces spit it out because the chicken wasn't done. I was very disappointed. When we left, I thought about asking my husband to pull in Taco Bell so I could order my supper, but we had paid 31.00 for 2 people, so I just sipped in my small shake. We drove 40 miles to eat there for supper.

I came in on Tuesday I let them know I had been lookin at their food and I was excited, well they did not disappoint! I ordered the large tenderloin and onion rings with the Carmel milkshake...oh my Yall it was like I was in a time portal to the 90's the staff well I'll just say I love all of them I almost forgot my food on the counter the milkshake was so Lit!! I will be back for the rematch. Lol Oh yeah the bathroom so clean you can eat in there yall!

The ice cream is good but I got a turtle flurry and all it had was Carmel and chocolate syrup mixed in vanilla ice cream... No nuts I wasn't a fan

The prices were excellent, offering great value for high-quality food. The large Flurry, priced at just $4, was generously filled to the brim, and the lunch combo, which included a chicken sandwich, French fries, and a drink, was a fantastic deal at only $6. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you bring a friend to help tackle the large Flurry!😂

The food is “okay.” It’s a local drive-in diner. They doing great job of making good tasting food that is reasonably prices.
The real gem at this place is the ability to understand the local culture. Friendly gossip, tasty ice cream, and helpful staff make it a must stop when in Loogootee.
