the Manager and his wife are the rudest people I have ever met in customer service. When I complained something was wrong with an order from a previous day I was told I was wrong and she said she was there 24/7 and made it herself so it was y wrong (she was on vacation because another manager said she had to pull a double). Another time I ordered 2 "banana splits" No bananas and when I called about it instead of remaking them he (the male manager) was only willing to give me the bananas when I called. when I told him that wasn't what I wanted. he told me the h#$+ with you and hung up. I went into the store, He tried to hand me two overripe bananas. I told him I do not want them and I asked for the owner's phone number or to have them call me, I was told that was none of my business and get out of the store. don't come back. This was also by the male manager

I love the ice cream but the store upper management (maybe the owners, it's a husband and his wife) are extremely rude and if you Tell them something was wrong with your previous order they tell you they were there and made it and nothing was wrong with it. Also asked about discount for a blizzard when it was snowing and told them other DQ's did that and the guy (again same manager) told me I was lying and just wanted something free. The only reason I go back is because I like the ice cream and the rewards program

I bought a blizzard and the lady did the ole turn cup upside down trick it fell out on to the floor. Looks at me told me I have to buy another one if I would like it to be remade. Horrible. Then the manager is smoking outside the front door. Horrible place it should be shut down.

absolutely disgusting behavior from these new owners. I went in last night placed a order online. and got there. grabbed my food and started walking to my car looking in the bag realized I didn't get half my order. so I turn around and walk back inside. when the little manager dude. was out in the lobby with dirty rags in his hands and dirty mop water on his hands. I tell then hey I'm just missing my cheese curds and ice cream. and he starts calling me a liar and then proceeds to take his dirty hands and grab the bag of food out of my hands and takes everything out and opening and touching all my food. and I asked to please stop touching my children's food with those dirty hands. and he continues to cuss me out and call me a liar. we'll I get backchome tell someone else and they call back up there saying they didn't there cheese curds and ice creams. and he says oh I know there sitting right here. so she asked why would you just lie to me while I was up there in person gettingnthe food.

The manager can not speak clear English. He spoke over us the entire time we were trying to order. He rung up the wrong blizzard and then when we told him we got the wrong ice cream he was extremely rude and argued with us. We had a vehicle of 8 people who heard what was ordered. He refused to make it right. We will never be back.
