Since the new shift in management, things have been so much better than they were previously. My only complaint is they do not serve breakfast there anymore.

Had to tell the man taking my order about 5 times what I wanted, and it was just a simple order, nothing special! Then had to sit there eating listening to the employees all talking in Spanish! So no idea what they were saying!

Worst Customer Service EVER! We have had bad customer service in the past so we haven't visited for a long time. Today we decided to give it another try. After spending $30 on hot food we decided to get some ice cream. My parents and I each ordered off of our individual apps. My parents order came promptly with no issues. I was told that my order didn't show up on the screen. I showed the lady at the front My receipt. She told me she couldn't make my ice cream because it didn't show up on the screen. After 5 minutes of arguing my point that I paid for the food and her telling me to cancel my order, which is impossible on the app and she couldn't even show me how to do it, and her telling me to just place the order again, which would have made me pay for my food twice, she FINALLY agreed to make my food. Even though she did the right thing in the end, I was sick to my stomach after all of the arguing it took to get her to do it. She made sure and told me at the end that she isn't supposed to make orders that aren't on the screen. Apparently this is even if you have proof you paid. The owners really need to work on their customer service.
That was the worst experience in Loogootee Dairy Queen ever. My food was cold and so gross. I eat half of a chicken strip from my 4 pc. chicken basket and couldn't do anymore. My husband as we were leaving took the meal back up there and told them that food is supposed to be hot or at least warm and all we got was dirty looks. Someone in charge needs to get a handle on the employees. They don't care what they are serving but do care about them phones....

I ordered the $7 cheeseburger meal and when I went to get my sundae I was told it was rung up as a different meal and they refused to give me the sundae even though I paid for the $7 meal. The cheeseburger and fries were tasty.
