It’s a McDonald’s. So the food is what it is. This location struggles during busy periods. Sometimes the inside wait can be over 10 minutes.

Quite possibly the poorest ran franchise in southern Indiana. Service so slow they have people parking in the spaces waiting on food and then they cannot keep track of what was ordered so they have to come back and get your order again since people have waited 30+ minutes when it’s not busy. Better off continuing your trip to a different location and save your time.

I’ve always been tempted to go to Medieval Times. Our visit to this McDonald’s felt a lot like that. The show was an airing of drama about past employees and the firing of another one for theft right in the dining room. The swarms of flies feel pretty accurate too. I’d assume there are flies at Medieval Times. There are a lot of horse. We waited 20 minutes for our food, which was wrong, but at least we got the free show.
I can only imagine if 4 employees weren’t holding a meeting in the dining room (with one of them playing on their phone while waiting to be included in the meeting) the tables might have not been so sticky and the toilet paper might have actually made it to its place, instead of being plopped on a trash can.

We waited over 5 minutes at the counter and no one stopped to get our order. Not even "I'm sorry, we'll be with you soon"

Ordered fries and waited 25min for them to be ice cold. So I walked up and asked for fresh fries-- literally watched the girl go right back to where the cold fries were and make me another serving. My in law's ordered and paid for sweet tea, waited the same amount of time to be told they were out and werent making another batch. They gave them milkshakes to replace it. We went to sit down and literally every table was dirty, there was food all over the floor. And to top it all off another customer was bringing toilet paper in the women's bathroom because they ran out and another customer was taking the trash outside cause the bins were stuffed full. CUSTOMERS WERE DOING THEIR JOBS. I mean kudos to them cause that was awesome and kind. However this set a new low for my family and I... worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Food was fresh and hot. I did arrive right when they opened though. The service was good, the staff was friendly and seemed happy to be there.

Shouldn't have to repeat my order FIVE TIMES AND YOU STILL GET IT WRONG. Literally 1 sandwich and you still messed it up. You're better off not eating here and getting food somewhere else close by.
