If I could give this place 0 stars I would, came in tonight wanting some food, and knowing you guys are open til 12a and had plenty of time to make stuff but yet had an employee that completely ignored me and was on her phone not paying attention to her surroundings, I think you guys need employees that actually do there job.

We ordered on a kiosk (no workers in site). The employees did not read our order right and messed it up, several items a couple of times. When we finally got our food it was nothing special. There was rap music playing overhead that was definitely not family/kid appropriate, and the staff have a don't care attitude unless it comes to their smoke breaks. Worst taco bell around! Management needs to re-evaluate the staff and get rid of some!

Not the best Taco Bell. They are often out of different things or a “machine is down.” Workers are usually friendly and helpful, but like most capitalist organizations, they are underpaid and undervalued, especially for the prices that continue to climb.
4 drinks for $4 on the app is a great deal!

The staff are rude and don’t seem to care about if they get your food out to you or not. Ordered food for me and my girlfriend and when we get up to the window it’s a young man with a blank expression. Didn’t say anything to us the whole time and forgot both of our drinks. Then we we finally got our food it was terribly made and wrapped. It’s even worse since I worked there.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had a simple order, a supreme burrito with chicken and a Pepsi zero. Girl at the drive thru ask what sauce I wanted and I said Diablo.
She put mild sauce in the bag, my supreme burrito was with refried beans instead of chicken, and my Pepsi zero tastes like bad medicine. I have had not great experiences with this place before but this is the nail in the coffin. Terrible place

I love Taco Bell, but I made the mistake of stopping here for a late dinner yesterday. After ordering and paying for a supreme soft shell and two plain Doritos locos tacos we only received 1 supreme taco. While ordinarily I would have just gone back through the drive through to have my order fixed, I lost my appetite after finding hair in the one messed up taco we did have. Definitely won’t be back

Ordered a wrap. Had an awful taste. Like corn shell had gone bad, not sure, but it was horrible. Went and took it back as it truly was inedible. They made another, but it was supposed to be no sour cream. The 2nd one was a little better, and I think that was only because of the sour cream. Either way, that one was inedible, too. So, one bite from 2 of the same item, and they both went in the trash and left.
My Army unit came in late one night hungry from working all day. The manager opened up the doors for us and they took around 30 orders even though it was about time for them to close. Service and food was Great ? ?
